Lovely Island home on the water with large 32ft heated pool, private fishing and boat dock, fabulous water views! With sunshine all day the screened pool overlooks the delightful waterway and islands beyond. Dolphins and manatee can be seen and our very large dock is ideal for mooring your hire boat, fishing or just lazing around in the sun! We have 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms, fabulously comfortable seating in the large open living/dining room overlooking the pool.
Isles of Capri is locally known as "paradise" - quiet and tranquil and the perfect place to fish, swim, relax and unwind.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. House is fully tiled. Fishing equipment available including live bait box. High speed wireless internet is provided (bring your own computer) Pool heating and air con is included in prices quoted.
Outside
Lovely 32ft heated private swimming pool has outside shower and screened lanai with dining table, chairs, loungers and barbecue and pool toys, overlooking the waterway. A roofed patio area provides shade with sunshine all day on the pool.
Coast/Beach
Fabulous beaches are available on Marco Island, just a few minutes away, where you can walk for miles on the soft white sand, swim and watch the beautiful sunsets. Inexpensive boat hire gives access to fabulous inland waterways and amazing islands and endless deserted beaches -wonderful for shelling, walking and swimming! You can also visit many restaurants by boat and you can take the inland waterway to Naples for lunch, shopping or just sightseeing!
Golf
There are many fabulous golf courses from 10 minutes away - all standards and prices. Night golf is also available about 20 minutes away. Golf lessons and a driving range open day and night is about 20 minutes away.
Travel
Miami (100 miles) is usually less than 2 hours drive and Fort Myers (45 miles) under an hour Orlando is about 3 1/2 hours away. All car rental firms have courtesy buses to and from Miami airport to pickup/drop off depots.
Distances
Naples (which has lovely beaches and a pier to watch the sunset) is about 25 minutes by car. Also fabulous restaurants and shopping. The everglades - with many different air boat rides - are about 20 minutes away (you will pass them coming in on the Tamiami trail).

A virtually ‘undiscovered paradise’ Isles of Capri is a dream location to wind down and relax, fish and swim. 2 miles from Marco Island and its fabulous beaches, shops and restaurants and 20 minutes from Naples and its sophisticated restaurants and shops and beaches. There are many golf courses minutes away and daily boat hire, and direct access to the Gulf, means you can explore the fabulous waterways and islands, walking and shelling and watching the amazing Florida sunsets. Capri has superb, inexpensive restaurants within walking distance of the house where you sip cocktails whilst looking out over the boats and marina - also Chickee bars with music and food are a great place to meet the locals!
Booking notes
We ask for a £200 deposit to secure booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure together with a separate £200 fully refundable security deposit. Payment can be directly to our bank or by cheque.

About the owner
Henry and Peta Fletcher have owned their house on the Isles of Capri for 10 years. They live and work close to London and have always enjoyed waterside living. As retirement looms they look forward to spending as much time as possible on these lovely islands.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We fell in love with a lovely home on a lovely island at a time when we ready for a new adventure. Great decision! Capri is close to Marco and Naples but could be miles away. It has its own facilities including boat rental which is discounted to our tenants, bars, great restaurants and plenty of wild life. It's unique.

If you like the idea of being able to walk a few paces from a comfortable house past a super pool to a dock which offers great fishing and 10 minutes access to the Gulf of Mexico, you will have chosen the right place!
