Our Villa is situated on Mission Park a small exclusive gated community along side Highway 27. Our villa and the community were just completed in summer 2005. Our villa is fully air-conditioned and has everthing you will need to make it feel like a home away from home. Our large pool and lanai area has table and chairs for alfresco dinning as well as padded sunloungers.Our villa is conveniently situated only 8 min to Disney, 25 to Universal and 20 mins to Seaworld. The coast is 1 hour away. The 192 and many shops and resturants are within 5 mins drive and with a super Wal-mart only 2 miles away everthing you need is on the doorstep.

Our change over days are flexible. We are also flexible with arrival and departure times.

| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 en-suite has shower and garden bath, twin sinks and wc. Bathroom 2 ensuite has double shower, 1 sink and wc. Bathroom 3 has shower and garden bath, 1 sink and wc. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen including American fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, hob, cooker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc. Fully equipped to cater for 12 people. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dust pan and brush, laundry basket. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 sofas (1 becomes kingsize bed) a chair, coffee table, 2 end tables with lamps. It has a 32" TV with DVD and a selection of up to date DVDs. Dining area has table and chairs for 8 people and breakfast bar with 2 more chairs. |
| Other: | Our Villa has a fully equipped Games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, darts and a foosball game. The pool area has padded furniture and table for eating outside. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are included even the pool towels. Our villa is cleaned after each visitor and all bedding, linen is changed. As our villa is brand new everthing is still immaculate. |
Notes on accommodation
The internet can be accessed from our Villa. The pool area has a safety net to keep young children safe. We provide pool toys. A selection of PS2 games as well as DVDs.

Outside
The pool area is large and has padded furniture. It is south west facing and gets the sun all day. The lanai is covered to allow some shade away from the hot Florida sunshine. The pool is 30 feet by 15 feet and has steps down into the pool from either end.
Coast/Beach
The villa is conveniently situated close to the main driving routes to both the Gulf and Space coasts that either can be reached within the hour. These include Daytona Beach and also Clearwater and St.Pete's.
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses within a 5 min drive from the villa including Championsgate, Highland Reserve and of course Disney's courses are 15 mins away.
Travel
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approx 20-25 mintues away. Sanford International (SFB) is approx 45-50 mins away. We can provide excellent driving instructions from both airports and we highly recommend a car. Cars can be hired from major retails at both airports if not pre-arranged.
Distances
Wal-mart is within 2 min drive from the Villa, as is a pharmacy, 192 is 5 mins away and has a large choice of shopping and restaurants to choose from. The shopping malls of Mall of Mallenia and Premium Outlets are approx 20-30 mins away.
Further details
We provide you with a list of food outlets that will deliver to our Villa they include a Chinese, Indian, Houlaghans, Pizza Hut and domino's Pizza.
Our Villa is close to Lake Lousia State National Park which has boats for hire to take onto the Lake a Rangers Station, Nature Trails and a lovely picnic area for something diffrent to do while in Orlando.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking. The remainder has to be paid 10 weeks prior to holiday commencing along with a security deposit of £150 which will be returned as soon as you return home.
