The development at Hillcrest is a small secluded community just off US-27, 1.5 miles south of US-192. There is a large and varied selection of restaurants nearby. The area is a golfers paradise, with many courses, right up to championship standard, within a 15 miles radius. Hillcrest offers a luxurious home for those wanting a bit more peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but with still keeps these attractions mere minutes away. In fact, Disney is just 10 mins away and for those of you who like to shop, this place is heaven. Telephone provided with free local calls. As the villa is on a single level with the exception of a step to the front door and a step to the patio, the property offers suitable access to most disable guests.

Notes on prices
Long term rentals, 3 weeks are more will be discounted by 10%. Returning customers will be discounted at 5%. Bookings made within 4 weeks of travel will be discounted by 10%. Pool heat is available at a cost of £12 per day and is recommended October through to April. Bookings of 5 days or less will incur a £65/$120 cleaning fee. A non refundable deposit of 10% will be required to secure any booking. Make us an Offer - if you are looking for last minute availability.
Changeover day
We aim to be as flexible as possible. Our standard check out time is 11am with and arrival time of 4pm. We will accommodate other times where possible. Pool heat needs to be requested and paid for in advance of arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideally located with Orlando airport just 30 minutes away, Disney 10 minutes and the Gulf/Atlantic coasts approx 1 hour 30 mins away, this is all you could ask for and within easy reach. Accommodation is fully air-conditioned. Our management company are close by if needed. Cots and high chair must be requested.

Outside
To help after a fun packed day at the theme parks, or after experiencing one of the magnificient local golf courses, you can relax and soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine in your own private pool, or why not just lay by the pool on one of the sunloungers. There is a poolside table and chairs and a gas barbeque. You may not even want to leave the house with so much fun there for you too enjoy! Pool heating is additional and is recommended between October and April and costs an additional $20 per day.
Coast/Beach
With the Gulf and Atlantic coasts just one hour away you are spoilt for choice when it comes to where to enjoy your sun. Why not take a drive down to Clearwater or St.Peters, two stunningly beautiful and picturesque places. You are only a couple of hours away from the world famous Daytona Beach with the Florida keys only a couple of hours further away.
Golf
In addition to its world class beaches and attractions, the state of Florida is also the home of some of the most beautiful and challenging golf courses in the world. You will find yourself surrounded by unique layouts that will test your skills and provide a feast for your senses. We have negotiated special rates with some of the leading golf courses in the area so we can offer oustanding golf at great rates. Tee times and club hire if required, all you need to do is ask, we will take care of the rest.
Travel
Just 30 minutes to Orlando (MC0) airport and 45 minutes to Sandford airport.
Distances
Only 10 minutes to Disney, Walmart and Publix.

Within 10 minutes drive you have two large supermarkets, Walmart and Publix, two gas stations, numerous retail outlets, two beauty parlours, two golf courses and far too many bars and restaurants to even attempt to put a number. All this and within 10 minutes, add another 10 minutes drive and the options for eating, drinking, entertaining, playing golf and whatever else you do for fun, and the options are virtually endless. All you have to do is choose, then enjoy.
