The magic begins when you enter this beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa completed in 2006. The villa benifits from large heated pool and jacuzzi, 2 luxury master bedrooms with queenbeds and en-suites, Games room, free local and international calling, 15MB highspeed internet access and stunning 50" plasma TV with DVD DVR cable. The difficulty will be leaving the villa to visit the many excellent attractions Orlando has to offer. We also have a 4 Bedroom villa within walking distance for guests with larger parties who require 2 villas.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air conditioning and heating to make you stay comfortable all year round, the pool has a safety fence and doors are alarmed for safety of our younger guests also stairgate ,highchair and cot available. There is a safe for your valuables and the house if fully alarmed to a central station. We will also supply you with a free use of a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation unit, this will take you from the airport directly to the Villa and help you find the best of Orlando without the chance of getting lost.

The Villa is set of a larger than avarage plot ,with gardens to the front and to the rear a large (south facing) 30ft X 15ft heated pool with spa spaciouse decking, ceiling fans patio furniture, loungers and gas barbeque coverd via large lanai.
Coast/Beach
Orlando is central for either the gulf coast to the west, with Clearwater and its spectacular beaches and many beaches around Tampa only 1 hours drive. To the east is the excellent Cocoa Beach and space coast only 40 mins away, where if you are lucky you may see one of the lanches from nearby Cape Kennedy Space Centre. And don't forget with the free use of the Tom Tom sat nav unit you won't get lost.
Golf
You will be only 5 mins away from the famous Champions Gate golf course and the new and exclusive championship golf courses of Reunion.
Travel
Ideal for Orlando international airport approx 40 mins away or Sanford approx 1hrs drive. Car hire is essential.

There is a huge Walmart only 5 min drive with many more shops and restaurants 2 min drive.
Booking notes
Deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking, this is used as a bond and is refunded on return of keys and confirmation of no excessive cleaning or damage (usually within 14 days of your return). The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If you would like to take advantage of the Free Tom Tom satellite navigation unit you will need to confirm on booking, and there is a refundable £50 deposit on return of unit in undamaged working order.

Hello Neil and Lisa - We have just arrived home today and I wanted to e-mail you just to say thank you for renting us the villa - it was wonderful - in fact it was perfect. Everything was in excellent clean order and the management company very efficient. We were so impressed that I am trying to persuade some family members to come out with us next January if you are still renting it then. I have to say if it was my house I would not want anybody else in it but am really glad you did not think like this or we would not have had the opportunity to have visited it. The Tom Tom was a god send as we can get lost going to the supermarket!
Hi Lisa, Just to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Orlando. Weather was excellent, Villa was excellent, spacious, lovely furnishings and the pool was brilliant, couldn't have wanted for any better surroundings.
