The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar plus a sports bar showing major live sporting events including British football, business centre with internet facilities and games room. 24 hour reception with guest services. complimentary daily newspapers. All towels both in our home and around the pool area are provided. A further building houses a gym, spa, health and beauty complex. There is also a children’s play area. Adjacent to the resort is the prestigious 18 hole, 72 par Championship golf course at Highlands Reserve and tennis courts.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A resort fee is payable to the management upon arrival. The fee is $10 per house, per day and is for unlimited use of all the facilities.

Our home is suitable for disabled people as the second master bedroom is located downstairs and has en-suite facilities.

Both coasts are within easy reach by car. The Gulf coast is around 90 mins drive and the Atlantic 60 mins drive.
Golf
The complex is adjacent to the prestigious Highlands Reserve 18 hole, 72 par Championship golf course.
Travel
Orlando airport approx 30 mins drive away. Sanford airport approx 60 mins drive away.

Disney 8 miles. Universal 15 miles.
Further details
There is a newly opened shopping complex within walking distance of Regal Palms which includes a Publix Supermarket, 3 banks, an Applebees restaurant and various food outlets. A short (approx 10 mins) drive away will bring you to Wal Mart Supercentre. New beds have been purchased for all bed rooms.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance to paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
A $250 security inprint of your credit card is required on check in to cover any potential damages. This will only be charged if damage occurs. Payments to be made via PayPal, wire transfer or cheque.
For stays of 5 days or less a cleaning charge of $85 is payable.
The resort charges a fee of $10 dollars per day, per house for use of the facilities.
