Our luxury Florida villa is located on Lake Wilson Preserve, a picturesque development of Mediterranean style homes. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of 12 homes, overlooking a nature preserve and features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large heated pool. The villa backs south-west, and has a balcony leading off the master bedroom. It is about 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Disney and just 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. This 2800 sq. feet villa is equipped to a high standard with every modern convenience and makes an ideal year round "home from home" whether you want to enjoy a golfing holiday, the magical Disney experience or to relax in the Florida sunshine.

Notes on prices
Prices are for villa rental per week in UK Pounds, including all taxes. The rental charge includes use of the electricity in the villa & cleaning at the end of your stay. Pool heating is available (£85 per week) & is recommended if you intend to use the pool during the winter months. Stays of 21 nights and over will be subject to a discount, contact owner for details.

Outside
The fully screened pool backs on to woodland, the pool can be heated for an additional charge. The surrounding patio area has chairs, tables and loungers. We do have a Barbeque available.
Coast/Beach
With about a one hour drive west to the fantastic Gulf of Mexico and the great beaches at St Petersburg and Clearwater or the same distance East to the world famous Cocoa Beach, Daytona and Cape Canaveral.
Golf
Our luxury home is just minutes from Reunion golf complex, with 3 courses designed by Jack Nicholas, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson, and 5 minutes to Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf complex. With many other courses such as Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve within a 15 minute drive.
Travel
The villa is 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
As with most locations in the US, use of a car is essential. Should you wish, our US Management Company can assist with local car hire arrangements. An optional airport pick up service is available. This must be booked in advance.

5 mins from Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Courses.

Further details
The villa is located south-west of Orlando. It is only a 12 minute drive to Disney World and other world-renowned attractions. Both Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches can be reached in about 1 hour.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. We suggest that you request pool heating at the time of booking to ensure that the pool is heated when you arrive, however, pool heating can be arranged after arrival by contacting our local Management Company.
