A beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with private fully screened pool & heated spa overlooking a lake. This villa boasts 2 separate living areas, tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout, providing all the comforts of home with many little extras including cable TV and a DVD player in the family room with an additional TV in the master bedroom, as well as WiFi throughout the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, refrigerator & coffee maker. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. The master bed is furnished with a king bed and has a large en-suite bath & walk-in closet. A queen & 2 twin bedrooms share a family bath. Sabal Harbour is a great location for a family holiday, not far from many glorious beaches and the attractions of Tampa & Sarasota and local shops 5 minutes away. The Villa location boasts great community facilities including large pool, tennis and basketball courts and a children's play area.

Prices range from £450/$800 to £650/$1100 depending upon season and are for the property per week. A discount of 10% will apply to all lets over 4 weeks. For 8 weeks or longer a higher discount may be possible; please request pricing from owner. A credit card imprint will be taken by the management agent at the time of occupation to cover breakages/damage.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible. Arrival should be after 4pm on the day of changeover; departure should be by 10am on the day.

Hand, bathroom and pool towels are provided. Fresh towels and linen are provided at the beginning of each rental. The villa is stringently cleaned after each rental; additional cleans during long term lets can be arranged. |

Outside
A private 30' pool and large spa are fully enclosed, overlooking a small lake. The pool area has large patio table and chairs, and sun recliners.
The pool and spa can be provided with electrical heating outside of the summer months; for arrangement with owner.
Coast/Beach
The wonderful beaches of Anna Maria Island, the Sarasota Keys and Venice are all less than a half an hour drive. Siesta Key is recognised as one of the finest beaches in the US, with wonderful fine sand; Venice beach is more relaxed and is renowned for the petrified sharks teeth that can be found there.
Golf
There are more than 30 public and private golf courses within 15 miles to captivate and stretch all levels of golfing ability.
Travel
Sarasota-Bradenton International airport is less than 15 mins away. Tampa International airport is 40 minutes away. Orlando International airports are 1 hour, 40 mins away. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy the gulf coast.
Distances
There are numerous supermarkets, shops, banks and restaurants less than 2 miles from the villa.
The outlet shopping mall at Ellenton, the world famous John and Mabel Ringling art museum, and the antique and clothing shops of Sarasota are all within a half hour drive.
The amusement parks of Orlando are 90 mins drive away, with Busch Gardens in Tampa only 40 mins.
Further details
The villa is in a community with large community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a play area which guests are welcome to use. The community is well maintained and very peaceful.

Booking by email to owner. A deposit of £100 / $150 pw to secure reservation, with balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Cancellations made 12 weeks or less before departure non refundable.
