The villa is situated on Davenport Lake, in a cul de sac, just a 10 minutes drive from Disney World Entrance. Davenport Lakes is a lakeside community which boasts a 400 acre lake, really nice if you like to fish or just chat with the locals and other holiday makers. the development has a community swimming pool, tennis courts and children's play area. The villa itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard with a beautiful swimming pool for your own private use, outside dining area and sun lounges to enjoy the Florida sun, it really is a relaxing vacation home. Within walking distance of the house there are shops, wine bar and a golf course, allowing you to enjoy the local area. 2 minutes driving time and there are supermarkets, resturants and a recently opened Walmart. Yet still only 10 minutes from Disney Parks or 35 minutes from Universal Parks.

On Departure villa must be vacated by 11.00am. If you need to keep the villa untill a later time, this can arranged prior to travel.

The House is situated in a very convenient popular development. Re-decorated throughout this year.
The 400 acrea lake and recreation area at the end of the cul-de-sac is very popular with our guests. great if you like fishing, also providing you with an opportunity to mix with locals and other holiday makers in the community pool and tennis area.

Outside
The villa has a private screened pool with an open wooded area to the rear. Your private pool is 30' x 15'. The pool area has sun lounges, pool dining and bar sets to enable you to enjoy the pool area fully.
A solar pool cover is provided for guests to use, or pool heat is available for £50 per week.
Coast/Beach
Davenport Lakes is 1/2 way between tha Gulf and Altantic Coasts taking about 1.5 hours to drive.
Gulf Coast with beautiful white beaches and warmer sea. (St. Petes, Treasure Island, are 2 hours drive - (Fort Myers, Naples 3 hrs drive).
Atlantic Coast is great for surfing. Cocoa beach, Daytona and Cape Canaveral Space Centre.
Golf
Polo Park Golf is 5 minutes walk, open to the public for a small charge (golf carts etc available for a small charge)
Chamionship Golf Courses near by - Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate.
Travel
Hiring a car is essential.
Orlando International Airport 30 - 40 mins Drive
Sandford - 50mins - 1hour
Tampa airport - 1 hour
Miami - 3 hours
Distances
Disney World is 10-15 mins drive.
Universal Studios and Sea World 30-35 mins drive.
192 tourist area with all its shops and restaurants 5 minutes drive.
Subway, 19th Hole Bar, Bank, off licence etc 5 minutes walk.
Further details
Winn Dixie, Publix or the brand new Walmart are all less than 2 miles away - 3 minutes drive. Fast food retaurants are scattered all around these locations. 100's of restaurants are located on highway 192 with gift shops and outlet stores.
Booking notes
Deposit £200 for 2 week booking or £150. for 1 week booking) Final balance 2 months before departure.
A security deposit of £100 will also be required. This will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return after our villa has been inspected by our management company.
Payment can be made by bacs transfer or cheque.
