Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigeous Hampton Lakes Community (off Hwy.192 10 mins. from Disney) where you have free use of the communal pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, along with kiddies play areas. We have our own private screened and heated pool. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a games room, 2 living areas and full kitchen. It is air-conditioned and has central heating. We also offer free internet/national and international calls. We are in a prime loaction for all your holiday needs, be it theme parks, golf or shopping. Our villa is maintained and decorated to a very high standard and we have a management company on hand should you need them.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
For bookings of two weeks during low season there is a discount of £50/$80 per week. We also have early and late booking discounts, see website for details.
Cleaning costs of £30/$50 per booking, will be charged for bookings under 7 nights.
Pool heat is an additional £9/$15 per days when requested (usually only needed in winter months)
Changeover day
There is no stipulated changeover day. Arrival is after 4pm and departure is 10am (can be later on request).

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with bath/shower, wc and double sink unit. Bathroom two has bath/shower wc and single sink unit. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and shaving sockets. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has American fridge with ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc. with enough crockery for more then 10 people. There is also a breakfast table & 4 chairs plus breakfast bar. There is a telephone with free local calls. |
| Utility Room: | Houses the washing machine and tumble dryer also hoover, ironing board and cleaning utensils. High chairs, cots and roll away beds are available at a small charge. |
| Living Rooms: | Formal lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and dining table seating 8 people. Family room leading to pool area via patio doors, has a sofa and a sofabed, 42" HD plasma cable TV, DVD, portable CD player and coffee table. |
| Other: | Games room has a pool table, football table, electronic basketball and electronic darts. The pool has underwater lighting/heating and cover. The deck has a privacy fence and is floodlit at night. There are new sun loungers and patio furniture also a BBQ |

All linens and towels are included and the property is cleaned before and after each stay by our management company, who are on hand 24 hrs. |
Notes on accommodation
Villa Betty Boo is decorated in traditional Floridian style and is immaculately maintained. It is on Hwy.27 there is a Pubix supermarket accross the road from Hampton Lakes as is the highly renowned Highands Reserve Golf Course with Champions Gate a mere 10 minutes drive. Walmart is a 5 minutes drive and open 24 hours. There are an abundance of good resaurants within 10 minutes of our villa on Hwy.192, many of which will deliver or have a take out menu.

Accessibility
Villa Betty Boo is wheelchair freindly and on one level.
Outside
We have a north facing front garden with parking for 2 cars. The 28' privacy screened pool is at the rear of the property with a large sun deck, patio furniture and sun loungers, it is floodlit for night use as is the deck area. The pool can be heated during the winter months (at an additional charge of £9 per day) and has a cover to retain the heat. There is a BBQ for your use.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Clearwater and St. Petes is about 1 hours drive. Daytona Beach is around 45 minutes. Kennedy Space Centre is 45 minutes.
Golf
There are about 75 golf courses in Orlando many within 10 - 20 mins drive from our villa. Highland reserve is directly across the road from Hampton lakes, this is an excellent course. Champions Gate and Legends, at Orange Lake are 10 minutes. Rates vary from $15 - $100 including buggy.
Travel
Orlando International airport is 25 minutes. Sanford Airport is 45 minutes.
Distances
Disney is 10 minutes. Universal Studios is 20 minutes.
Bush Gardens is 1 hour. Shopping malls are between 15 - 25 minutes.
Further details
All the attractions are within easy driving distance from our villa, the restaurants are excellent and only 10 minutes away on Hwy.192 Publix Supermarket is 2 minutes from us on Hwy.27 and will stock anything you may need for your holiday, next to Publix are Chinese and Pizza take away restaurants.
