This larger than normal waterfront villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Cape Coral with the advantage of only being a few minutes away from the town centre and busy nightlife. It is only 15 mins to Ft Myers, 20 mins to the Sanibel Island Causeway or Ft Myers Beach, 30 mins to Bonita Springs and 45 min to Naples. Free standing pool. Home is located within 1 mile of the very popular Cape Coral Golf and Tennis Resort, 10 min to the Cape Coral fishing pier and beach. This light and lovely 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, canal home is in pristine condition. A large screened Lanai overlooks the boat dock and canal at the rear. The pool area benefits from the Florida sunshine for the whole of the day. All rooms are furnished to high standards, and have the benefit of a family room as well as a separate lounge. Accessibility
All areas of the villa and grounds are fully accesable for a wheelchair, there is a small step of about 4" on the entrances into the villa. All corridors and doorways are of course American sized allowing plenty of room for a wheelchair.

Private solar heated pool (28' x 14') and private dock area. Patio area fully furnished with large glass table and 6 cushioned chairs, also 2 full length cushioned sun beds. Gas BBQ. Fishing equipment. Exercise equipment, in garage.

Naples 45 min drive.
Golf
Cape Coral Golf Course is a pleasant 10 min walk, there is also a huge choice of courses besides the very local ones which I use.
Skiing
Our local beach is only 10 minutes down the road, where you can find a lovely atmosphere with the locals, fishing off the local pier is fun with the added watersports if you so wish. Ft Myers Beach is a little further and bigger with all water activities and hire of jet skis, para gliding, waterskiing, diving, with the added attraction of being one of the safest beaches in Florida, and the local bars scattered along the beach..
Travel
Ft Myers airport is 30 min drive.
Tampa airport is 1hr 30 min drive.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Ft Myers is the nearest town, 15 min drive.
Local supermarket Publix and Target 5 min drive.
15 min to Ft Myers to Eddison Mall or Bells Towers.
20 min to Sanibel Island, 30 min to Bonita Spring, 45 min to Naples.
Booking notes
To secure the booking there is just one returnable security deposit of £100 per week required. Balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to booking.
