Tropical Breeze Villa has Air Conditioning/Heating, Ceiling Fans in all the bedrooms and the living area, built in wardrobes, televisions with cable in each of the four bedrooms and the living area. There is also a Home Theater System with CD/DVD player and AM/FM radio with Surround Sound Speakers and a Playstation 2 with Games. Access to all the main Orlando Attractions is very quick and easy and the Champions Gate Golf Club & David Leadbetter Golf Academy are just minutes away. Outside
Large Covered Lanai with recliners and patio table and chairs for relaxation around the large swimming pool and spa. The pool is covered by a mesh screen enclosure. Security for small children - each of the external doors has a security alarm on them which can be activated, telling you when an external door has been opened. There is also a safety net that runs the full length of the pool for the additional safety of small children as required by Florida Law.
Coast/Beach
From the property it takes just over an hour by car to reach the East Coast beach of Cocoa Beach and about 1 hour and 40 minutes drive to the West Coast beach of Indian Rocks.
Golf
Tropical Breeze is just minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Club and World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. The Golf Club boasts two 18 hole Greg Norman-designed Courses, one National Course and one International Course. There are also an abundance of other excellent Golf courses within a 30 minutes drive of the property.

Booking notes
A Booking Form must be completed with 7 days of your booking request and this should be returned with a non-refundable 10% deposit. The balance of you booking amount is then due 10 weeks prior to departure. At the time of booking a £200.00 returnable security deposit will be collected in the form of a cheque. Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure date will require full payment at the time of booking.
