This 2005 built home, is located in Palm Key Village off highway 27. The house is fully furnished with a lounge area, fitted kitchen with breakfast table, washing machines and all the usual utensils. Outside there is a screened lanai with furniture and table. It is not as huge as many American villas but is much bigger than hotel rooms and many holiday condo's and flats. This is a private estate with well maintained lawns and pleasant landscaping. There are no organised activities but a large communal swimming pool (and kiddies pool), tennis court and clubhouse with table tennis and pool tables are free to all residents, and only 2 mins walk. This is an area used by many tour operators for self catering accommodation. You will need a car but you will see lots more with a car anyway. 2 mins down the road there is a supermarket. 5 mins onto the 192 there are lots of shops and restaurants. Further along are the access roads to Disney. Easy access to I4 also.

Cleaned prior to rental and after rental. You can arrange additional cleaning with on-site Management Co. whilst you are there. All linen, kitchen utensils and towels (except pool towels) are provided. |

This is a private estate. Children must be supervised outside the house and in the pool area. We have no special facilities for young children in the home. There is a covered carport.

Accessibility

Outside
Outside Lanai area enclosed by fly screens, fitted with 4 chairs and 2 loungers plus table (this is the only place smoking is allowed). Shared pool, tennis court and small communal clubhouse 2 mins walk. All free but unsupervised.
Coast/Beach
About 80 mins drive on the I4 to the renowned gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburgh. About 80 mins drive to the Atlantic coast beaches of Cocoa and Daytona.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area for all levels.
Travel
Orlando international airport 35 mins drive. Sanford airport 55 mins drive. Tampa airport 1 hour drive.
Distances
Great shops and dining 10 mins drive. Disney 15 - 20 mins drive. Kissimmee old town 20 mins drive. Universal studios and Sea World 35 mins drive. Busch Gardens 1 hour drive Space Kennedy 1 hour drive. Too many other places to list!
Further details
Supermarket 5 mins. Excellent Walmart supermarket 10 mins. Malls numerous 10 - 30 mins. On-site management offices 200 yards (they are very friendly).
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 secures. Final payment to have cleared bank 6 weeks prior. Include £150 security deposit returned within 14 days of leaving.
