Changeover day

Accessibility
Our 4 bed villa has been adapted for wheelchair users. It has ramps to all external doors and inside the garage, has widened doors. The master bathroom has a roll-in shower & shower seat, ADA approved grab handles to the toilet and into the shower (which is big enough to allow for a personal helper to assist with showering if necessary). Please check for specific needs.
Outside
The pool features an amazing multi-coloured underwater illumination that will transform your night time environment which has to be seen! Pool heating (optional) is available although not normally required during the summer months. The pool is fully screened to keep the insects out but the lets sun in. Our custom designed extended decking with 15' x 30', south-easterly facing salt-water pool has 4 water jet streams, a spa that seats four people and can also be used as a kiddie pool and is ideal for relaxing in with a cocktail after a long day with the lake as your back-drop. There is a round table with four cushioned chairs and 4 matching sunloungers for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and just sit and relax and muse over the memories of a most hectic, but enjoyable day, whilst watching the setting sun paint beautiful pictures soothing pinks and purples in the sky not to mention watching Epcot's fireworks.
Coast/Beach
Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and Gulf beaches are all only aproximately 1 hour drive away.
Golf
For keen golfers you are 10 minutes away from 6 golf courses including the magnificent the newly opened Champions Gate 36 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. There is also Walt Disney World Resort Courses, where you can tee-off with Mickey and his friends. With Falcon's Fire Golf Club, Diamond Back Golf Club and Kissimmee Oaks, one of Florida's finest Golf Clubs all within easy access of Indian Creek. One of Central Florida's newest golf courses, Mystic Dunes Golf Club at the Wyndham Palms Resort and Country Club is 2 minutes drive away.
