This brand new villa is located 10 minutes from Disney and close to all major attractions. We are close to some fantastic golf courses but with a fantastic rural setting on a cul-de-sac of only 12 villas. Our south facing pool and balcony overlook a beautiful conservation area. Games room, full size pool table for those lazy nights.

Ideal for young kids no through road, pool heat available. With the 2nd bedroom en suite downstairs, it really suits groups with elder party members who might not fancy stairs. Lovely safe garden area, south facing for that evening sun.cot for the tiny ones. TVs in all bedrooms watch what you want too.

Outside
Superb south facing pool and extended deck area barbeque, and enough patio furnitue for everyone. Pool measures 14 feet by 28 feet. Upstairs balcony will fit at least 4 chairs and a table, all of this overlooking a tranquil conservation area.
Coast/Beach
One hour from the world famous Cocoa Beach similar time to Daytona and Cape Canaveral. One hour drive west to the fantastic Gulf of Mexico and the great beaches at St Petersburg and Clearwater. A little longer to the tranquil Anna-Marie island. Miami beach 3 hour drive.
Golf
Our luxury villa is opposite the fantastic Reunion golf complex, 3 courses designed by Jack Nicholas, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. We are just over a mile from Greg Norman's Champions Gate golf complex and very close to other super courses such as Southern Dunes and Highlands Reserve. All the Disney courses are within 10 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for golfing holidays surrounded by widely renowned golf courses designed by some of greatest golfers in the game. The villa is right across from the famous Reunion golfing complex as well as being just down the road from Champions Gate golf resort. Fantastic golf available at Providence less than 5 miles from villa.

Car hire essential. 20 Mins drive from Orlando international airport, 30 mins from Sandford international airport and just under 1 hour from Tampa international airport.
