The 1760 square foot single storey accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished throughout and fully air conditioned this is a high quality vacation home. For the safety of your children the pool is proved with a safety screen. There is also a large double garage attached. The separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. The 2 master bedrooms have king size beds, large walk-in wardrobes, cable TV’s and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has a dining area and a breakfast area and is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. Telephone calls are free, including long distance and international calls. Your luxury Orlando pool home has its own private heated swimming pool. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.

Changeover day
Changeovers are flexible, so you do not have to worry about your holiday running from Saturday to Saturday. The villa will be available from 4 pm on day of arrival. Check out time is 10 am unless a late check out has been pre-arranged.

Outside
Your luxury Florida villa has its own private swimming pool which is fully screened and faces South East to catch plenty of sun. The pool deck is extended with a lake view. The pool area is accessed via patio doors from the lounge or master bedroom. The pool is protected with a mesh screen for the safety of your children. Pool furniture is provided. Pool heating is available as a costed extra - please request at time of reservation. A gas BBQ is also available.
Coast/Beach
Your luxury holiday villa lays approx. mid way between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, both of which only a 75 mins car ride away. The gulf coast beaches are fine white sand, the Atlantic beaches ideal for the budding surfer.
Golf
There are far too many golf courses to list in the local area. If this is your preferred means of relaxation please advise us at time of booking and we will be only to glad to provide details of the various courses available in the Orlando area.
Travel
Orlando International airport is approx 40 min’s drive away, Sanford airport approx 50 min’s. A reasonable alternative is Tampa airport which is approx. 75 min’s drive up the I4. A hire car is essential for a Florida vacation, and can be booked through the villa owners.
Distances
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is located just 10 minute car ride from the Villa, with the many other Disney attractions a short drive from there. Sea World and Universal Studies are within an easy 30 minute ride. Travelling by car in Orlando is easy and convenient and gives you quick access to many shopping areas and Malls.
