Charming villa located on the upscale neighborhood of Riverdale. Here you will have the flexibility to experience the city life at your own convenience, while enjoying the advantages of the countryside. The house was chosen by NBC Universal Television as location for the shooting of an episode of Law and Order - Special Victims Unit. It was Elliot's house, one of the lead detectives in the series. It was the second episode of the season starting September 2005.

Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer.
Iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The large living room has a large TV, CD player, DVD, VCR, 3 seat sofa, love seat and armchair.
Decorative fireplace.
The dining room has comfortable seating for 6-8 people.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		One day cleaning included for one week rental.
Additional cleaning can be provided for an additional fee.

Newark is aproximately 45-60 minutes drive from the house.

Manhattan is just a subway ride away. You can take a bus to the subway station on 242nd street where you can catch the Line 1 that has direct access to Time Square, Broadway Shows, Macy's, Madison Square Garden, Statue of Liberty Ferry, Metropolitan Museum, Rockefeler Center, Columbia University, New York University, etc.

Further details
Walk to Riverdale Ave. and you will find a supermarket, post office, restaurants, banks, etc.

50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. 50% balance will be due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
