The house is fully air–conditioned and is spacious with over 1,800 sq ft of living space. 24 hour shopping and restaurants are only 5 minutes away down the 192. Disney World is 10 minutes drive all other major theme parks are within 20 minutes drive down the Interstate 4 (I.4). To complete your holiday, at the rear of the house is a lovely south facing solar heated pool with views over conservation land and is the most enjoyable place to relax after those busy days at the theme parks. The pool and sun deck have night time lighting for those warm balmy nights spent outside. Pool furniture including sun loungers, table and chairs are also available for your use. The fine mesh screen surrounding the pool lets the sun in but keeps the bugs out while you relax with a cool drink soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Rates are for 7 nights, Extra nights are charged pro rata the weekly rate. For rentals of a week or less a cleaning charge of £50 must be added. Book now for 2007 at 2006 prices.
Changeover day
Check-in day is normally Saturday although we can be flexible, subject to availability.
Check-in time 4.00pm. Check-out time 10.00am.

Booking notes
Booking & Deposit:
A booking form should be completed and signed by the lead name on behalf of all the party. This should be returned with a deposit of £100 per week or part week. Bookings made within 8 weeks of start of rental should be accompanied by full payment.
Payment of Balance:
The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of rental. Non-payment by this time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
