29ft x 13ft Private Pool and Spa area looks south on to the Rotunda canal & woodlands teeming with wild life, sun downers a must. Sun loungers and chairs provided.

Coast/Beach
Outstanding safe white sandy beaches, excellent bathing, full of all the shells you could imagine. All water sports available. Protected nature reserve areas, all just minutes away.
Golf
Rotonda Circle boasts 4 courses inside the circle, 3 more just minutes away with over 30 with in easy driving distance.
That's a par 3 to the first 4, courses, par 5 to the other 3 courses and take the golf cart the rest of the way.
Travel
Airports:- Sarasota, & Fort Myers 40mins approx, Tampa 1hr 30mins approx, Orlando & Miami just under 2hrs away.
Car Hire or similar transport a must, Taxis can be used locally.
Distances
The largest town only 10mins away, it has a large shopping mall plus the big names we know.
Englewood 10 mins, Venice 15 mins, Naples 15mins.

Check for availability first. 20% deposit + £100 security deposit. £100 security deposit Refunded on return to the UK subject to inspection. Balance paid no later than 8wks prior to occupation. Refunds up to 8 wks no charge, 4-8wks 50%, 2-4wks 25%, less than 2wks no refunds.
