Just 30 minutes from Orlando's international airport, Indian Creek is a quiet gated community just 2 miles off highway 192. Recently built to a very high standard this is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with 3 en-suite bathrooms and a fully screened private pool & jacuzzi. The master bedroom has a large hot tub, shower facilities and walk in wardrobes as well as patio doors opening on to the pool area. Cable TV is available throughout, with TV's in the Lounge and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is comprehensively equiped and full washing & drying facilities are available.
Local shops and services are just a few minutes away, whilst Disneyworld and all the main theme parks are just 5 miles away! Being just off the 192 and International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios and the great shopping malls are all within a 15 minute drive. Clearwater & St Petersburg are just an hours drive to the West and Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space centre are just 50 minutes to the East!

Changeover day
This is normally Saturday, but we are quite flexible and other arrangements can be made.

| Utility Room: | In the integral garage there is a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has cable TV, CD/DVD player seating three piece suite including doble sofa-bed. Off the longe there is a separate dining area that seats eight adults comfortably. |
| Other: | There is a covered patio area with table and chairs, which leads out to the fully screened pool deck and jacuzzi area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Enough linen and bathroom towels are provided as part of the rental for up to two weeks. there is a local management company can provide extra cleaning and will come to the property at any time to rectify any problems. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air conditioned and serviced by the management company on behalf of the owner. They will provide replacement gas cylinders for the barbecue, organise discount tickets for theme parks and carry ot any minor repairs needed dring your stay!

Outside
There is a covered patio area that has a table and seating for four as well as two sunbeds. This opens out into the fully private & netted pool area and jacuzzi. The pool is heated but this is not normally required outside of the December & January period.
Coast/Beach
Clearwater & St Petersburg beaches are about an hours drive away through Tampa. To the East there is Daytona and the surrounding beaches which are about 50 minutes drive away.
Golf
There are five championship courses within a five mile radius, but there are over 25 courses in the Kissimmee area, all of which are excellent.
Travel
Car hire a necessity in Florida and is very economic compared to Europe, particularly when you take in the low cost of fuel! The Airport is about 30 minutes drive from the villa.
Distances
There are local shops, supermarket, restaurants within 2 miles of the villa. There are a huge number of restaurants, shops, malls, etc on highway 192 which is just a couple of miles away also.
Booking notes
Normally a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full balance is required 6 weeks before occupancy. An initial provisional reservation will only be kept open for a week and will be cancelled if the deposit has not been received after this time. If the rental is cancelled within 6 weeks of the reserved dates the deposit is forfeit. The owners reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit if alternative bookings cannot be found.
