A fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a Wireless Super Fast Cable broadband connection, a dining area. King master suite with 32 ' LED TV and DVD, a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The second floor has a queen bedroom with 26' LCD TV and DVD, 2 twin bedrooms all with cable 20' LCD TVs and DVD and there is a full bathroom. The pool, spa and deck overlook the 10th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and facing west it offers all day sunshine and beautiful Florida sunsets. As an added bonus there are free international, national and local telephone calls.

Accessibility
The Ground floor and Master Bedroom is wheelchair accessible. There are no ramps, bath or pool hoist provided as may suit a less physically able person.

Golf
Free Golf - The property benefits from an annual golf memenership at Highlands Reserve. Registered guests only through ur agent can book Tee times at Highlands Reserve without paying a green free for the round. The rental of a golf buggy is however payable.

Highlands Reserve sits on top one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This property is co-owned by two families both with children and we have been renting the property since 2002. We pride ourselves on the quality of the home, the decor and ensuring that the property is always in tip top condition.
We have a managing agent who ensures who deals with all local issues. We also do not rent to tour operators or volume clients to make sure that the quality of the property is maintained.
We holiday in the home once to twice a year, so we know the area very well, including the best places to eat, shop and the best parks.
