The Den has 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Master bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, cable TV, a large walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with large shower, bath and twin wash basins. There is also private access from the bathroom to the pool deck. Master bedroom 2 has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, cable TV and DVD player. pool table, fussball, free phone calls, and wireless internet connection. The great room has a large cable TV/DVD player (a selection of popular movies) and a music centre. There is a dining area that can accommodate up to eight people, two settees in the lounge area, with the open kitchen adjacent to the great room, thus the kitchen, which is equipped to a very high standard, is located at the heart of the villa. Notes on accommodation
Both villas are fully air conditioned and centrally heated. Children are welcome in both homes. Linen and towels provided for your complimentary use.
Outside
Westbury Palm villa boasts a large pool with extended deck and freestanding hot tub/spa. We have a large patio table with new comfortable reclining chairs and footstalls. New comfortable Sunbeds are also provided. The Den has a south facing pool and a warm bubbly spa and deep padded pool furniture for your complete comfort. The pools of both villas are back to back, just a few steps away from each other.
Coast/Beach
Just over 1 hour to Cocoa Beach and a little longer to the gulf coast.
Golf
Surrounded by first class golf courses.
Travel
Orlando international airport 40 mins approx. Sanford airport 1hour 15 mins approx.
Distances
Westbury is a great location. Easy to find and just 12 mins to Disneys Gate. 20 mins to Seaworld and Universal. 5 mins to Champions Gate. Local shops and restaurants just mins away.
Further details
Westbury is smaller and more exclusive than some communities, offering a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. Local shops are just mins away. Banks and larger stores like Publix or Walmart are only 10 mins drive. You can choose between some local restaurants very close by, or Kissimmee and the 192 are approx 10 mins away.
