Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. You will be expected to vacate the villa at 10am and the villa will be available from 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
The home is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. For child safety, the pool has a security screen, which can be removed. The house is fully alarmed and guests have use of a safe deposit box. Guests have use of the telephone with free local calls.

The property is on one level, has wide doorways and large living areas.
Outside
We have a 30ft x 15ft screened pool. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. Next to the pool is a jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool is a large lanai for al-fresco dining, comprising table and dining chairs, loungers and reclining chairs with stools. We have direct access from the pool via the bathroom when wet.

Golf
We are one mile from Championsgate, which is home to 2 unique 18 hole championship golf courses designed by International golf champion Greg Norman and is the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are also an abundance of other golf courses in the area.
Travel
25 mins drive from Orlando International Airport, 40 mins drive from Sanford Airport, 1 hours drive from Tampa Airport. Car hire is highly recommended.
