We do special offers prices for long lets, minimum 1 to 3 months. The prices above does not include pool heat, there is additional £90 per week. If booked before 31st March,2008 the price per week is £300 excluding pool heat. We have special prices for short term rentals, ie from 1 month.

Outside
Garden in the front with palm trees and flowers, patio with barbecue and garden furniture. The pool is not shared, solely for use by the guests, the pool size is 15ft x 30ft and is heated with spa.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Tampa which takes about 40 minutes drive. Another attraction to visit while there is Busch Gardens. Kennedy space center about 45 minutes away,Gulf coast is about 90 minutes away.
Golf
There are two golf courses nearby designed by Greg Norman
which takes about 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Orlando International Airport or Sanford Airport are roughly takes 30 minutes drive. Car hire facilities are provided at both airports, I would suggest guests to arrange car hire with their travel tickets.
Distances
Disney and all the theme park attractions are roughly 15 minutes drive.
Further details
Local shops, banks, supermarket and restaurants are only 5 minutes drive. Resturants include Mcdonalds, Chinese, Taco Bell, Mexican and a Pizza place, there is also a bank, and a Publix Supermarket.
