The villa has recently undergone major refurbishment to the pool and patio area.The pool itself has been completely retiled and resurfaced as well as the whole of the surrounding deck and patio areas being block paved. Also to compliment this we have installed new patio furniture with new table and 6 comfortable highback chairs as well as 4 new sunloungers with deep cushions. The rear of the property faces west so has the sun all day, with beautiful sunsets in the evening. As for the rest of the villa it boasts a huge master bedroom with en-suite plus 2 other bedrooms (1 queen and 1 twin). There are 2 dining areas (formal and breakfast) plus fully equipped kitchen. Separate utility room. Outside we have beautiful gardens which compliment front and rear of the villa. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Please add £90 per booking for cleaning charge. Pool heating is optional at £90 per week. Discount of 10% available for stays of 1 month or more. A deposit of £100 per week is payable to secure the booking and the remaining balance and a security cheque for £250 to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
Changeover day
There are no specific changeover days but minimum stay is 1 week. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is 10am.

| Utility Room: | Utility room houses a large washer, dryer and ironing facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | Main lounge features 1 triple sofa, 1 double sofa and easy chair. 32" cable TV available, combi video/DVD player. 2nd lounge has a corner suite which incorporates the afore mentioned double sofa bed. |
| Other: | There are 2 dining areas, the main one featuring a beautiful glass topped ornate table which can seat 6 and a breakfast area with table and chairs situated next to the kitchen and entrance to the pool area. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned for both warm and cool air. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Cable TV in case of inclement weather, board games, cards, jigsaws and books are provided for your entertainment. For our American clients we have free long distance calls to USA and Canada. High speed internet access is also available.

Outside
New from Oct 2006 - a newly refurbished pool & patio area. Outside we have a good size swimming pool with optional heating provided. The lanai area is furnished with table and chairs plus sunloungers. There is a gas BBQ available for dining alfresco. Beautiful gardens compliment the villa to both front and rear.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated only 4 miles (10 mins by car) to Naples beach.
Golf
There are numerous public golf courses a short distance away.
Travel
Nearest international airports Fort Myers 30 mins drive. Miami 1½ hour drive. Orlando 3½ hours drive.
Distances
The villa is situated only 4 miles from the famous Fifth Avenue (10 mins drive) which boasts some of the finest restaurants, bars and shops Naples has to offer. Other areas of interest which are only a short drive away are Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Marco Island, Vanderbilt beach, Fort Myers and the world famous Everglades City. large supermarket ( Publix ) and other shops plus restaurants only 1 mile away.
Booking notes
A booking form can be emailed or posted to your address. A deposit of £100 per week (non refundable) is required to confirm the booking and the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. The balance should also include a security cheque of £250 to cover damage to contents and is returnable after confirmation from our management company.
