Our home is fully air conditioned for you comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional cost. The House is fully alarmed for your safety and has a security screen around the pool for any children that need to be kept away from the water - this can be removed easily by an adult.

Accessibility
We feel the property has very good access for wheelchairs, as the property is all on one level, has very large doorways in and out and has a very large living area for its guests.
Outside
The completely private pool is 30' x 15' and has a bubbling jacuzzi for your relaxation. The Pool can be heated at a small additional cost. Surrounding the pool there are table and 4 chairs, loungers, stools and reclining chairs. The pool is screened and is not overlooked as we have a fence surrounding it. We also have a bathroom beside the pool, so as not to get the whole house wet!! In addition to this we also have a shower by the pool. There is a Tennis court and children's play area is at the entrance to the development (1 min walk away!!)
Golf
Our home is One minute drive from Champions Gate Golf Couse and is also One minute from the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Academy of Golf. Within a 25 minute drive there are an amazing 25 golf courses to visit ! - with many more a little further out.
Travel
25 min from Orlando Int Airport, 40 Min from Sanford Airport, 1 hour from Tampa Int Airport. Car hire would be advised to enable you to see all the wonderful sights of Orlando and Florida !
