Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master has a king size bed. Sliding patio doors leading to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a double closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, and double closet Bedroom 4/Family room can be used as either and has a TV/VCR. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite to the master has a walk-in closet, 2 hand basins, a roman tub and walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to bedrooms 2/3/4 and has a bath/shower and hand basin and has access to the pool area. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, ice-maker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and all utensils, cutlery and glassware. A telephone is installed by the breakfast bar. |
| Utility Room: | Adjacent to the kitchen, the utility room is equipped with a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. A vacuum cleaner, iron and board are also stored in this area which accesses the double garage. |
| Living Rooms: | In an open plan living area the lounge is furnished with 3 and 2 seat sofas, armchair, coffee tables, Cable TV, a DVD/VCR and a CD player. Large patio doors lead to the pool area. The dining area has a table (w/extender) and 6 chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The villa is cleaned prior to guests arrival. |

A cot and high chair can be made available on request.
Smoking is permitted in the villa.
Outside
The pool is 30ft x 15ft with a max. depth of 6ft. It has a fully enclosed screen and a 'cool' deck surround and is furnished with a large table, 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs, 2 foot stools and tables and 4 reclining loungers.
Coast/Beach
Being in Central Florida the coast lines are between 60 - 90 minutes drive
Golf
There are a selection of excellent Golf courses within a short drive from the villa.
Travel
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is only 15 minutes drive. Car hire is essential and companies such as Alamo, Dollar, Budget and Avis have pick-up from MCO.
Distances
Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are 20 minutes drive. Some of the key shopping malls are 20 - 30 minutes drive.
Further details
Major supermarkets, banks, and convenience stores are only 3 minutes drive. Close to US192 a 5 minute drive will take you to a wide range of restaurants and take-aways to suit all tastes.
