Our beautiful holiday villa with its own luxury pool and automated spa is situated in the tranquil superior community of the Hamlet at West Haven in Davenport, Orlando. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, can accommodate up to 8(+2) and has full air conditioning / heating, with ceiling fans. So close to Disney World (just 12 mins away), the 5 star Champions Gate resort and other major tourist attractions, it is one of the highest points in central Florida, it is possible to see the fireworks at Walt Disney World Epcot resort on most evenings from the community gates. West Haven is ideally situated for a holiday in Florida being close to the intersection of US27 and interstate 4. There is easy access to Orlando International Airport only 30 mins away, 50 mins for Sanford. Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast are approximately 1 hour, the Gulf coast 90 mins and Gator land only 30 mins. West Haven also includes a tennis court and children’s recreational area with cabana.

Towels and linen are provided free of charge more than adequate for a 2 week stay. The villa is cleaned before and after each visit by our management company but extra cleans can be arranged at an extra cost. The pool is fully maintained. |

Highway 192 is a few mins drive and has a full range of shops, restaurants both east and west of Poinciana Boulevard. Good shopping can be found at The Florida Mall and Millenium Mall. There are factory outlets at Buena Vista and the North End of International Drive.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is due within 7 days of your provisional booking. On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. Payment of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
