Luxury villa 1900 sqft of air conditioned living accommodation. Located on the gated community of Highgate Park, within Legacy Park just off highway 27, close to highway 192 and the I-4 giving easy access to all Disney attractions, shopping and restaurants. There are 4 bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, utility closet and a large great room with vaulted ceiling containing the kitchen and breakfast nook, dining area and lounge. As well as the lounge all bedrooms have cable TVs and DVDs. Internet access, a CD player, PS2, XBox360 and Wii are available as well as a games room in the garage with air hockey, pool, football table, electronic darts and much more. The pool and extended deck/lanai with ½ bathroom and privacy screening to lower poolscreen sections are south facing to provide for maximum sunshine all year round. The villa is ideally situated for golf lovers being close to many enjoyably challenging golf courses. 3 sets of Calloway golf clubs available by prior arrangement.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week including taxes, electricity and water. Optional pool heating is extra at £80 per week. Long winter lets from £1400 per month.
For rentals of 5 nights or less a £50 cleaning fee will apply.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Entry is not available to the villa before 4pm on day of arrival and we ask that you vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning before guests arriving later in the day.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air conditioned and can be heated if necessary during the winter months. Ceiling fans in master and bedroom 2. For younger guests, a cot, highchair, baby monitors & night lights are provided. There is a removable safety fence around the pool and all doors to the outside sound an alarm when opened allowing parents to know if little ones have gone out outside or into the garage.
No smoking inside the villa and no pets please. Thank you.

Outside
The villa is surrounded by grass and has a garden at the front. It has its own pool contained within a mesh covered screen with privacy screening to lower sections. A removable fence is fitted around the pool for the safety of small children. The pool deck, accessible from the lounge and master bedroom, has been extended for your comfort and features a pool bathroom (useful for children) and is fully equipped with a table, 6 patio chairs and 6 loungers.
Coast/Beach
This villa is in central Florida and the superb Gulf Coast, Daytona Beach, Tampa, St Petersburg and Kennedy Space Centre are all approximately 60 minutes drive.
Golf
There are ample golf courses within a short drive of the villa. Some of these include Highlands Reserve, Legends, Southern Dunes, Celebration, Ridgewood Lakes, Diamond Back and Champions Gate, to name but a few.
Travel
Approx driving times from the villa: Orlando International airport (MCO) 30 mins, Sanford airport (SFB) 55-60 mins, Car hire is essential and can be arranged at your arrival airport if you have not already booked before departure. Dollar, Avis, Budget and National are all available on site at Orlando International airport.
Distances
Approx driving times to Disney attractions 15 mins. Kissimmee 15 mins. Seaworld 20 mins. Universal Studios 25 mins. Busch Gardens 60 mins. Outlet Mall shopping approx 20-25 mins.

Booking notes
Please contact via e-mail to book. A deposit of £100 ($200) per week is required to secure the booking. Balance is payable 10 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of £150 ($300) is payable with balance and returned after departure.
