Our superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa offers spacious luxury accommodation with all the comforts of home, and more. The Manor at West Haven is an exclusive gated community of larger than average homes, situated on one of the highest points in Central Florida – at the entrance you can even see the fireworks from nearby Walt Disney World. The villa's features include beautiful quality furnishings throughout, a large 30ft private heated pool with spa, space-themed games room, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed internet access and free telephone calls. There is quick and easy access to all the major Orlando attractions. A large supermarket and other local shops, facilities and restaurants are all less than a 5 minute drive away. There are many excellent golf courses nearby, with outstanding courses at Championsgate (designed by Greg Norman) just 5 minutes away. The Manor at West Haven also includes a tennis court and children’s recreational area with a cabana.

Both East coast (Cocoa Beach) and West coast (Clearwater Beach) are just over an hour away.

There are many excellent golf courses nearby, with outstanding courses at Championsgate just 5 minutes away.

Orlando International Airport and Sanford Airport are 30-45 minutes away.

Walt Disney World is only a 15 minute drive away, Universal Studios just 30 minutes and Kennedy Space Center a mere hour away.

Local facilities are less than a 5 minute drive away at ChampionsGate, where you will find a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens store/pharmacy, bank, gas stations and other local shops. There is also a choice of restaurants and takeaways nearby including Chinese, Italian, Chillis, Subway, Beef O'Bradys, Dominos and MacDonalds.
Booking notes
Booking is subject to our full booking conditions. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Sorry, we do not allow smoking or pets at the villa. Minimum stay - 4 nights. There is an additional cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights.
