Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will sleep 10 comfortably. It is situated on large corner plot within the landscaped grounds of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. It is tastefully decorated and combines comfort, security and privacy in a beautiful setting. Southern Dunes is a championship golf course and is rated 51st out of 20,000 courses in the US and is rated 6th out of 1,500 in Florida. The Golf and Country Club also offers free leisure facilities including children’s play area, community pools, tennis courts, fitness centre with exercise room as well as a Club House Bar and Restaurant. The villa is conveniently located within a 15-20 minute drive of all the Disney attractions (Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom). Within walking distance from the villa are 2 large 24 hour supermarkets (Walmart/Win Dixie), McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, Chinese takeaway, and a bank. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away.

Changeover day
The villa is usually available from 4pm and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. These times can be altered according to travel arrangments. The changeover days are also flexible. We can arrange this through the management company.

Accessibility
4 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has double doors which are suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The villa is situated on a raised corner site so it has a large open plan garden surrounding the house, and a driveway to the front. The swimming pool to the rear is screened and gets the sun all day. The pool can be heated on request however this will incur an extra charge of £80 per week. Comfortable loungers are available for sunbathing and a patio table & 6 chairs are provided in the patio/pool area.
Coast/Beach
Southern Dunes is well placed for trips to the beach with Tampa Bay and the coral beaches of the Gulf Coast just 40 minutes away. This makes day trips to the beach a reality and offers the best of both worlds. In addition, there are artificial beaches at the Disney resort plus Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach parks.

Travel
The villa is conveniently located on US27, a few minutes drive from the I4 and 192 – the main routes for an Orlando vacation with easy access to Florida golf courses. The nearest airports are Orlando International (40 mins) or Sanford, both well served by US, European and UK airports. Tampa airport is about 1hr 20 minutes away for guests who want to combine a theme park and beaches holiday. Car hire is recommended. Southern Dunes is the ideal location for holidaymakers looking to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. The villa is ideally located with Orlando airport 35 minutes, Disney 20 minutes, the Gulf coast 45 mins away and the Space coast 50 minutes to an hour. All the main tourist attractions are within easy reach.

Located in secured, private surroundings guests can use the childrens play area, tennis courts, large communal swimming pool and gym plus the golf clubhouse which offers an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with bar facilities. The entrance to the development has 24 hour security guard and is within easy walking distance of a bank, petrol station and 24 hour Walmart / Win Dixie superstores. The villa is large, spacious and well equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
In addition to being just a short drive from Disney parks, Universal theme parks, Bush Gardens, Sea World and the other Florida theme parks, our holiday home is ideally located for a golf holiday. Our Orlando holiday home is near many other amenities including International Drive, Shopping Malls (Factory Outlet and Sears, J.C. Penney etc), Cypress Gardens and a Multi-screen Cinema, all within 15 minutes. There are over 20 golf courses within a 15 minute drive catering for all levels of golfer.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 sterling or $150 USD is due within 7 days of your initial reservation, to be sent with the completed Booking Form. On receipt of your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance, following which we will send out a receipt and confirmation of booking.Payment of the balance is due in full, 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Once received, we will send you an information pack, with details of our location and management company telephone numbers.
Guest comments
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Cots and highchairs are permanently stored at the Villa and incur NO additional rental cost. There is an additional fee of £80 per week for pool heating.
