Luxury villa with private pool situated on Tara Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Sarasota, Florida. The villa is spacious and is fully air-conditioned. It is furnished to a high standard throughout. On entering the villa there is a lounge with dining area. There is a bright fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and family room. All rooms have wall to wall windows which lead out to the pool area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Second bedroom has a double bed, third and fourth bedroom have twin beds all of which share the family bathroom. The master bedroom, lounge and pool enjoy the undisturbed views of the 9th tee and lake. The pool is enclosed within a lanai. For a once off charge of $200 you will have full use of the Golf Club, Club House, Olympic Swimming Pool, Gym, Hot Tub Sauna and Flood lit Tennis Courts. The Club House is a 5min walk. Golf must be pre booked when booking the Villas Golf can not be booked on arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is wheelchair accessible.
There is also a public Golf Course called The Preserve on Tara which is a 10min walk from the House. Access time on arrival 3pm, please vacate by 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Golf
The Villa is located on Tara Golf & Country Club. It is a 6,820 yard Championship Course. It is a Ron Garl/Ted Mc Anlis designed layout on 600 acres within the confines of Tara and surrounded by nature preserves. The course offers 5 sets of tees that challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels. The driving range and practice putting green are located adjacent to the Clubhouse. Personal golf carts may be used by paying the normal cart rental fee. For a once off fee of $200 husband and wife membership can be yours for the duration of your stay.
Also located on Tara is the Preserve Golf Club.This is a public Golf course, all golfers are welcome. Clubhouse and driving range can also be found on the Preserve, this is a 10 minute walk from the Villa.
Golf must be pre-booked when booking the villa. Golf can not be booked on arrival.
Distances
A 20 minute drive will bring you to the Outlet Malls. Longboat Keys and Anna Maria Island are approximately a 45 minute drive. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and Mayakka State Park and Venice where you can Wind Surf or simply enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches with their amazing sunsets. All of this is only a 45 minute drive away.
