Our fully air conditioned spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom villa sleeps 2-10, when utilising the second lounge as a fifth bedroom, and is situated in a peaceful residential area just off Highway 192 - only three miles from all Disney attractions. An air conditioned games room offers further entertainment for those times spent at the villa. The large pool can be heated on request and is not overlooked from the rear, giving privacy for sunbathing and swimming. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for safety. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen and towels are provided. A telephone is provided, with free local calls.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Access to the villa is after 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Our villa is fully air conditioned with tiled flooring throughout for comfort. The two lounges both have cable TV, which is ideal when you need a little time away from the children! All access doors to the pool area are alarmed for safety.

Outside
Our private 30' x 10' pool is fully screened and can be heated on request. There are no properties overlooking our villa at the rear, and the pool is very private. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are all provided.
Coast/Beach
A 60 minute drive takes you to beaches on both the east and west coasts. Spend the day at either Coco, Daytona or Clearwater beach.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a five minute drive from the villa.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approximately a 30 minute drive. Sanford is approximately 1 hour away. Car hire would be recommended to enjoy your stay at this villa.
Distances
All Disney attractions and parks are three miles away. Sea World and Discovery Cove can be reached by car in 20 minutes, as can International Drive with all the shopping outlets this has to offer.
Further details
Highway 192 is minutes away from our Villa, and is home to several small supermarkets, together with a large Publix supermarket, which can be reached in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants, catering for all tastes - more than enough for a different venue every day! Finish off the evening with a game of crazy golf - there are several to choose from. A Walgreen Chemist is also nearby, as is a Mercantile Bank.
Booking notes
To make a booking please firstly e-mail to check availability. A non-refundable deposit of £100 for each week is required at the time of booking, and the balance will become payable 8 weeks prior to the date of departure. A refundable security deposit of £100 will have to be added to the total payable.
