Notes on accommodation
The house is almost 1800 square feet which is larger than the average 3 bedroom and fully air conditioned. Pool can be heated on request at an additional charge. All bedrooms have large closets and cable TV. Most local telephone calls are free. There is also a community swimming pool, children's play area and tennis court available for your use. No smoking and no pets.

Outside
The house has a covered lanai area with patio furniture and sun loungers - just perfect for those lazy days by the pool. The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge. The pool is un-overlooked, south west facing with privacy fencing and backs on to a conservation area, not another pool!
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic coast is less than an hour away, combine watching the big surf with a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. The Gulf coast with the silver sand beaches of Clearwater and St Pete's is approximately an hour and half away - stay for the fantastic sun-sets!
Golf
There are various golf courses in the immediate area with Mystic Dunes 1 minute away.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is less than half and hour's straightforward drive with Sanford International Airport around 45 minutes away.
Distances
2 minutes drive to Highway 192 (marker 6) with all its shops and restaurants and easy access to Interstate 4 for a 15 minute drive to Universal and Sea World.
Further details
Why not visit the town of Celebration, just a few minutes drive and worth a look!
Kissimmee Old Town is further down the 192 - check out the car cruise on Saturday nights.
Booking notes
We take a £300/$450 deposit on booking, with the remainder due 8 weeks before departure. At this time we also take a £300/$550 security cheque that we will return as soon as our managers tell us everything is as it should be!
