Situated in the exclusive gated community of The Hamlet, Westhaven. Our executive luxury villa has all you need for a 5 star holiday. We have a lanai covered heated private pool, automated spa and lots of room to relax in style. On our oversized deck there are sunbeds, tables and chairs (enough for 10). We have free internet access and calls to the UK. A children's playroom with Playstation 2, games, DVD's and toys for all ages will keep them occupied when not out and about. The villa also has Premiership football. Just 10 minutes from Disney and 20 from International Drive we are in the perfect location to enjoy everything Orlando has to offer. Nearest resturant is just 5 minutes drive from the villa.

Our property is cleaned after every guests stay. There are plenty of towels and extra linen for your use. This is all washed after every stay. We can provide a Breakfast pack which will consist of the essentails tea, coffee, juice, cereal and milk. |
Notes on accommodation
Our villa is fully air-conditioning and also has celing fans in the lounge and bedrooms. It is suitable for children as we have a removable safety fence around the pool and a pool alarm. We have baby gates, baby monitors, a cot, highchair, buggy and various other baby equiptment there for your use. We can provide you with free calls to the UK and Wi Fi Internet access. We have Fox Sport so you do not have to miss those important Premiership football matches.

We have an oversized pool area that has plenty of sun loungers 2 tables, 10 chairs and an umbrella. The location of our private heated pool means that you have sun all day long! But our lanai offers plenty of shade. We have a automated heated Spa and various children's pool toys.
There is also a childrens playground, tennis courts and a shared swimming pool in the Hamlets.

Our villa is 1 hour from Daytona Beach and 1.5 hours from Clearwater.
Golf
Our holiday villa is situated 1 mile from Champions Gate Golf Resort. It offers 36 holes designed by International golf champion Greg Norman & is the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
