The large south facing screened pool backs on to a lake and conservation area. Our home is only a few mins from Highway 192 with its many restaurants, shops and attraction. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. These rates include Florida taxes at 13%. Please note that these rates do not include optional pool heating. Pool heating is charged at £70 per week. Contact owners for special discounts. July - August £425 per week.
Changeover day
No set change over day. However the take over on arrival is not before 4pm and we ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of your departure to give the cleaners time to prepare for the next guests.

Accommodation is fully air conditioned. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. No pets allowed. Alarms fitted to patio doors to pool area. Long distant telephone calls are free to all our guests. One can also use dial-up for internet connection to your provider.

Accessibility
Although not specially adapted for the disabled, the Villa is single storey with no internal steps and doorways are all large enough for wheelchairs.
Outside
14 x 32ft south facing private screened pool with child's safety fence. Pool heating is available at extra cost. A round table with sun shade and 4 armchairs, also 4 fully reclining loungers and small drinks table. All patio furniture is of a very high standard with padded cushions.
Coast/Beach
BEACH LOVERS! The popular gulf coast beaches of Clear water St. Petersburg and Tampa are approximately 75mins by car. Daytona and Cocoa beaches are on the east coast and are about 1 hours drive away.
Golf
For the Golfer, many excellent golf courses nearby. At least 12 are within 20 mins drive and clubs and cars are easily rented at the golf courses.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approx 35 mins drive.
Sanford Airport is approx 50 mins drive (Sanford mainly used by charter flights). Tampa International Airport is approx 1 hours drive. Car Hire is essential.
Distances
It is approximately 10-15 minutes drive to the Disney Parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island and Down Town Disney. Disney water parks - Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach are 15 mins. Sea World and Universal Studios are approximately 20 mins. Bush Gardens (Tampa) 1hr. KennedySpace Centre 1hr.

Nearest supermarket is Walmart open24hours a day only 5 minutes away on the highway 192. Also on highway 192
you will find a full range of shops, restaurants both east and west of the junction with Poinciana Boulivard. Good shopping can be found at The Florida Mall and Millenium Mall. There are Factory outlets at Buena Vista and the North End of International Drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required with your booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before your travel. Refundable security deposit of £200 is also required when you pay your balance. The security deposit will be refunded on your return to the UK after damage and loss inspection.
Guest comments
The sun shone brightly on our stay. The Villa took our breath away. Whilst watching the wildlife out on the lake, A visiting alligator came by mistake. The magic of Disney was a joy to be hold.
