Are you planning that once in a lifetime holiday to Florida? If you are, you’ll want somewhere to stay that provides superior accommodation, but which doesn’t break the bank. You’ll want your own private pool with views to die for as you soak up the sun and you'll want to be within easy striking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping malls but not next to any main roads or noise. We searched long and hard on several trips to Florida to find a villa that meets these criteria and finally, we found it! Now we are looking to rent it out to you.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
The charges specified above are fully inclusive of all sales taxes -there is nothing else to pay.
Pool heating is optional, if required it is charged at £9 per night.
Rent a whole month or a 30 day period in the winter season November - January for just £1095! Excludes Easter.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The family room also has a queen sized sofa bed. |
| Bathrooms: | There is an en-suite to master bedroom. There is also a second bathroom with shower that serves bedrooms 2/3. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooker, fridge, microware, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker etc and just about every cooking utensil you could think of. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washer and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | There are two living rooms. The primary living area, the family room, has a large TV with a good quality cable TV package that includes sports and movie channels. There is also a DVD player. |
| Other: | There is a full sized table tennis table, pool table and table football table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa comes fully equipped with both towels and 2 sets of linen for each bed. |

There is no problem with wheelchair access.
Outside
The villa has its own private and fully screened pool. In the pool area there is a full set of patio furniture including sunbeds, chairs and a table. There is also a large gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Situated in the heart of Florida, beaches are about an hour away on either the gulf or atlantic coasts - take your pick!
Golf
We are situated near Champions Gate and Reunion, so golfers will love it!
Travel
Orlando International Airport is 25 minutes by car. A very easy drive along the highway 417.
Distances
Champions Gate Shops and restaurants are about 2 minutes by car. The 192 at Westgate is less than 10 minutes.
