Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath ground and first floor apartments are a complete home from home, fully furnished and sleeping up to 8 guests each. They have 3 bedrooms (2 queen doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), with a double sofabed in the living area. A foldaway child's cot is also provided. With a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), 2 TVs, DVD player, mini stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer there is everything you could need. Amenities on the complex include gated security, 4 heated outdoor pools, 6 spa pools, Kiddies pool & play area, Clubhouse Reception with Mambo’s poolside bar & grille, relaxing lounge areas, mini-market, gym & sauna facilities, Eleuthera Health Spa & Salon, children’s gamesroom, mini-cinema, Wifi access & internet area, concierge desk, ticket & information point and a tennis/basketball court. The Tradewinds Restaurant and bars are located on the lakeshore, along with a sandy beach, volleyball area and fishing dock.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week / night in UK Pounds. Rates are for the apartment (not per person) and includes all taxes. All reservations will be charged a one-off cleaning fee of US$65 (plus tax) on arrival at the resort. You are guaranteed a friendly, but professional service with booking with us. A maximum of 8 people only may stay in the apartment during any one booking period, should more accommodation be required, we have contact with other owners at the Resort.
Changeover day
Arrive and depart of any day of the week, minimum 3 days rental bookings taken. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10am on day of depature, but a late check-out may be requested for a nominal extra charge.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment comfortable sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, plus a child's foldaway cot. There is a double sofabed available in the living area if required.
Accessibility
One apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, with wide doorways and plenty of space in the apartment. The only accesses which may be restricted are the small patio areas. There is designated disabled parking close to the front door. All pathways throughout the complex are suitable for wheelchair users.

Bahama Bay Resort's excellent on-site amenities include 4 heated outdoor pools, 6 hot tubs, Kiddies pool & playground area, tennis/basketball court, 24 hour Reception, relaxing Clubhouse lounge areas, gym and sauna facilities, Eleuthera Health Spa & Salon, children's games room, mini-cinema, WIFI access and internet area and ticket and information point, lakeside sandy beach, volleyball area and fishing dock.
Whilst this is a self-catering condo, on-site dining options include the Tradewinds Restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner; Mambo's poolside bar and grille, Pelican Lounge Sandwich Shoppe and the BB Pizza Express. There is also a mini-market in the Clubhouse for the little essentials you need.
Coast/Beach
The Resort has it's own man-made sandy beach located on the shore of Lake Davenport.
Golf
Central Florida is America’s premier golf destination, with over 150 courses in the greater Orlando area – many with holes designed by famous golfers. Bahama Bay Resort is conveniently located for a number of Top Golf Courses including Orange County National, Champions Gate and Celebration Golf Club. Travel
Fly into either Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Sanford Intl. Airport (SFA) or Tampa Intl. Airport (TPA).
Travel times from each airport to Bahama Bay Resort are approx 45 mins, 65 mins or 75 mins respectively on good roads (freeways). Full directions and maps will be provided to the guest before they travel.
A hire car is recommend and can be pre-booking with any of the major companies at either airport.

Further details
The Resort can be found just off US-27, near the intersection of US-192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy). A direct road from the Resort the back to the US-192 will be opening shortly, cutting minutes of your journey times. There are a number of restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and banks within minutes of the complex.
Booking notes
Please contact us by email or phone to double check availability, (however the link here should be up to date). A £100 / $200 deposit is required on booking confirmation - full settlement of the balance must be received 6 weeks prior to departure. Receipts are provided for all monies paid. Personal cheques accepted in either UK Pounds or $US, along with direct bank transfers for payments in other currencies (eg CAD$, AUS$ or Euros). Credit cards are accepted via PayPal.
