Executive 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with heated swimming pool in a gated community. Located in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, Florida just 1 mile from the Disney Resort. This new, modern, air-conditioned villa is available to rent all year round for either short or long term vacations. The villa offers a screened heated pool, cable TV, telephone, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing appliances. As our guest you will have use of all the on site facilities such as the Clubhouse, tiki bar, communal pool, spa pool, sauna, internet café, children’s play area, volleyball court and communal barbecue area. All these facilities are included in the rental of our home.

Changeover day
Bookings are made to suit your holiday requirements. There is no fixed changeover day. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival and check out is by 11am on day of departure.

The villa is located at the prestigious gated community of Emerald Isle Resort 2 miles from Disney. As our guest you have use of all the on site facilities: Clubhouse, tiki bar, gymnasium, sauna, games room, Internet cafe, TV lounge and communal pool and spa. There is also a children's play area, nature trails and a volley ball court.

The pool is 26 x 12 with a large extended deck area. There is plenty of seating for 12. There is also a covered porch to shelter you from the Florida sun. The pool is for the private use of our guests.
Coast/Beach
The east coast where Daytona Beach is located is approximately 1 hours drive. The West coast (Tampa/Clearwater) are approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within a short distance of the villa.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes from our villa.
Sanford is 1 hour.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100/$150 per week is required to secure your booking. The balance is required 10 weeks prior to your vacation.
