Villa Lucia is a beautifully appointed 4 bed, 2 bath spacious home with a brand new private pool and hot tub by the lake. Our villa is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family-friendly neighbourhood with tennis, a playpark, a community pool and games courts. Nearby Sarasota is Florida's cultural capital and a 20 min drive will get you to award-winning beaches, museums, restaurants and Florida's largest outlet shopping mall. The region is a mecca for golf lovers - our nearest 18-hole course welcomes visitors and is just across the road! Disney 90 mins. Tampa 40 mins.

If you are interested in visiting Villa Lucia then we will send you further information and our booking terms and conditions. A deposit cheque of £100 is required if booking is made over 6 weeks in advance otherwise the full balance is payable. There is an additional £75 charge per week if you would like the pool and spa heated for the duration of your stay.
