Our 4 bed/3 bath home is just a few short miles from all the major theme parks just off the central Hwy 192. The resort location offers peace and tranquillity with a beautiful lake. The resort affords 24 hr gate security for added peace of mind, children's play area, volley ball/badminton court, a clubhouse with games room, tennis court and a community pool & spa. The villa itself is set over a single storey and provides a host of private amenities including its own pool, upgraded HD cable TV, PS2 games console, toys & books and of course a dart board and an exquisite pool table. Just a few yards from the resort you will find a large Walmart super centre for all your shopping and holiday needs plus the Medieval Times dinner show location. Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld are all within easy reach of the villa with none more than a 15-20 minute drive away. With the resort amenities, tranquil setting and central location, our home offers an ideal holiday location for all.

Prices shown are for the property per week. The villa is available for intervals other than whole weeks on a pro-rata basis. Stays of less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge. UK prices include tax: US prices plus taxes. Long term bookings eg. min 1 month stay subject to a 10% discount on the above prices excluding Easter & Christmas peak season rates. Credit card payments via e-mail now accepted (subject to handling charge)!

Notes on accommodation
The villa has been designed to ensure the safety of our little guests with door alarms fitted to patio doors leading to the pool. The single storey architectural style ensures no stairs to contend with. Additional items such as toys and books are also available for the children's amusement (after all it is Mum and Dad's holiday too!). An additional games console (giving a total of two PS2s) has also been added together with cable TV in all the bedrooms, VCR/DVD combis are also availble in both Master suites. An LCD 32" HD TV with HD Cable has been added in the lounge together with an additional DVD player, free high speed internet access and free national/international telephone calls.

Outside
The newly refurbished decking and pool area (completed Feb 08) features table, chairs, sun loungers together with a beautiful pool. Pool heating is available upon request for the slightly chillier times of year. Florida glass privacy screening has also been added to afford that extra bit of comfort for our guests.
Coast/Beach
Naples, Tampa and Daytona Beaches are all within a couple of hours drive.
Travel
Orlando International is approx 40 minute drive.
Sanford International is approx 60 minute drive.
Car hire is recommended for the duration of your stay.
Distances
Disney World Resort is only 5 miles (approx 10 mins by car).
Universal Studios is approx 20 mins by car.
Seaworld is approx 15 mins by car.
Walmart is within a few yards of the resort.
Space Coast (Cape Canaveral) approx 60 mins by car.
Tampa (Busch Gardens) approx 1 hr 15 mins by car.

Easily located just off Hwy 192, everything you could dream of is close to hand. With shopping, crazy golf, numerous restaurants all within easy reach, the central location is able to cater for all tastes and needs.

A £100/$200 deposit is required at the time of booking. Security deposits are required with the balance (usually returned within 28 days of check out).
