Florida Star is a stunning recently built (March 2005) luxury two storey villa with double garage on the new Gated Community of High Grove, perfectly situated on Highway 27, just off the 192. This spacious air-conditioned property is only 6 miles (10 mins) from Disney’s main gate and close to many golf courses, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a Publix supermarket and a 24 hour Walmart superstore very close by. It has been tastefully furnished throughout and has 5 large bedrooms (1 king en-suite, 2 queens and 2 singles), and can sleep up to 12 guests. All linen is provided. It also has 3.5 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, living room with sofa bed, family room with 31” TV, DVD and Playstation 2, dining area plus Utility Room with large washer and large dryer. The large private heated screened pool overlooks a beautiful community green and has ample patio furniture. It provides a luxurious base for a sun filled holiday offering the perfect mix of theme parks and relaxation.

Prices shown are for the property per week (not per person) in UK Pounds. Please e-mail/telephone us for any late availability special offers. All rates include all taxes and cleaning although stays of less than one week will incur a cleaning charge of £60. Optional pool heating is available at £95 per week (recommended between October - April). Please contact us for any late availability 'Special Offers' that we may be able to offer.

All linen and towels are provided although we do ask guests to bring their own beach/pool towels. The property is cleaned before and after each rental. Additional cleaning during a rental stay can be arranged with our management agent for an extra charge. |

Our beautiful 2nd home and maintained to the highest standard luxurious Executive villa enjoys a spacious 2698 sq ft of fully air conditioned bright and airy living space. It is also totally equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard with your comfort in mind. It has a lovely bright, spacious and airy feel to it with all the space you need for a fun filled and relaxing holiday. High Grove offers excellent community facilities which include a Clubhouse/Reception where you will find gym equipment in the Fitness Room, Games Room, internet access, TV room with foosball and pool table, where you can relax with tea or coffee, a large communal swimming pool with hot spa, sun loungers and patio furniture and a children's play area close by - all of which are available to use when you are our guests. Our villa 'Florida Star' is situated on one of the prime plots on High Grove and overlooks a beautiful green communal area. We are sure you will love it here as much as we do.

Our inviting 14ft x 26ft private pool (with optional pool heating) has a fully paved deck area and looks out over a lovely large community green, which offers stunning views and benefits from extra privacy. The pool area is fully enclosed by a fine mesh lanai that lets the sun in but keeps unwanted insects out. The pool has underwater and outside lighting for when you fancy a swim in the evening. The patio area is fully equipped with a large table and six chairs and four comfortable sun loungers and various large plants. Perfect for when you want a relaxing day away from the theme parks.

All Disney theme parks are just a short drive away as are Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. (Animal Kingdom is the closest park to us - approx 10-15 minutes drive). Beautiful beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Daytona are between 45 - 90 minutes away. Large shopping outlets are also just a 20 minute drive away.

Orlando International Airport is a 35/40 minute (approx) drive.
Sanford Airport is approx 60 minute (approx) drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.

Further details
We highly recommend that you visit our Clubhouse/Reception during your stay. As our guests, you are very welcome to use its facilities as often as you like which include a Fitness Room with gym equipment, Games Room, Internet access, large TV room with comfortable sofas, pool table and foosball table, lovely large swimming pool and hot spa with plenty of sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy. Please help yourself to tea/coffee while you are there. The clubhouse staff are extremely helpful and can offer you lots of advice and information i.e. mini-cab companies, places to visit etc. You can also pick up theme park information and time guides here. Whilst staying at High Grove please feel free to pop in and use the clubhouse facilities. You can now buy park tickets from the clubhouse at low prices as long as you give them 24 hours notice. High Grove is in an ideal position for local shops and restaurants. We are very close to a 24 hour Wal-Mart store which sells almost everything, a well-stocked Publix supermarket and lots of other local shops nearby ie Post Office, Barbers, Hair Salon, Nail Bar, Liquour Store, Mexican Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, Chinese take-away, pizza takeaway, MacDonalds, KFC, etc etc. Alternatively, as you exit High Grove the 192 is only about five minutes drive where you will find an abundance of extremely good shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Very close to High Grove - and within walking distance - is a new complex at Cagan Crossing which includes a library, bank, many restaurants and bars, hairdressers, nail bar, gym, sweet shop, etc etc. Sometimes it is nice to be able to walk to a restaurant rather than have to rely on the car. Also there is a Catholic Church very close by on the other side of the 27.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will secure your booking. The final balance is required 8 weeks before your departure. A security deposit cheque of £150 per week is also required and will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return after our villa has been inspected by our management company. 2009 pool heating at £95 per week.
