Acres of unspoilt countryside, beautiful beaches a 15 minute drive away where you can watch the sunsets, inland water ways and nature reserves. For the more active, golf, tennis, fishing, leisure cruises and boat hire are all close by. Not forgetting the children there are activities for them too such as mini golf, shell collecting and lots more. There is a good selection of restaurants and shops locally. Our luxury villa provides a welcome retreat after a day out where you can relax in comfort in the open plan, air conditioned living area. Enjoy outdoor living in comfort with a spacious Lanai with patio furniture and gas bar-b-que where you can sit back and enjoy a drink or meal. The villa is well equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Changeover day
We have flexible changeover days but we do ask that on departure day you vacate the property by 11am. Arrival is usually after 4 pm but this can be discussed depending on availability.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen, house towels and pool towels are provided. The villa is prepared for your arrival by a local management company. |
Notes on accommodation
With the safety of children in mind the pool area has a child safety fence in place and the whole area is protected by a mesh enclosure.
There is an air hockey table and dart board located in the garage.
Outside
The pool also has a spa which can be heated at an extra charge. There are sunbeds, patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ plus ceiling fan and outdoor lights.
Coast/Beach
The beach at Englewood and Boca Grande are a 15 minute drive away. Further away places to visit such as Venice are approximately a 50 minute drive.
Golf
There are several golf courses a short drive away.
Travel
Car hire is essential.
Approximate times from main airports are:
Fort Myers 45 minutes
Miami International 3.5 hours
Orlando International 2.5 hours
Sarasota 45 minute
Tampa International 1.5 hours
Distances
Sarasota about 50 minutes drive has a large shopping outlet. Venice about the same distance has beautiful beaches and shops. There are many places of interest all up to 1 or 2 hours drive. Kayak hire is available 10 minutes drive away.
Further details
Port Charlotte which is 10 minutes drive has a selection of supermarkets, Mall and restaurants with familiar names. 5 minutes drive is your nearest local supermarket, also a takeaway, video hire, and doctors surgery. There are many different restaurants 10-15 minutes drive away that specialise in seafood.
Booking notes
A deposit is requested to hold vacation dates. The full balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival along with a security deposit, which is refunded subject to clearance from our property manager after your stay.
