To the rear of the property are a screened swimming pool and a large sun deck overlooking the attractive gardens and waterway with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Dolphin and manatee can often be seen and the boat dock is perfect for a lazy afternoons fishing.

Prices are for the property per week (unless stated otherwise), inclusive of local taxes, in UK Pounds. Payment can be made in $US or Euro equivalents as well as UK Pounds. Available to rent all year round for any period between 7 and 91 days. 4 weeks for 3 is presently available in January 2012. Further discounts for bookings of 3 weeks or more. Late booking price available for 30 Sept -10 Oct 2011 being £715 for 10 nights.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. All linens, towels both bath and beach are supplied. Villa fully serviced after departure. Hi-speed internet - simple plug and play.
Outside
Heated swimming pool and screened lanai with dining table, chairs, loungers and small tables. Recently laid new pool area with family friendly surface. Overlooks the waterway. Two-tiered sun decking and boat dock with loungers, chairs, small tables and Propane & Coals barbecues.
Double garage.
Coast/Beach
The villa is two miles from South Beach where there is convenient parking.
Tigertail Beach is approximately 2 & 1/2 miles and there is also plenty of parking. Parking tickets purchased at these two beaches are valid for both.
Golf
Numerous Golf Courses are available in the Marco Island/ Naples area.
Travel
Airport - Miami (100 miles) is usually less than 2 hours drive and Fort Myers (45 miles) under an hour. There are now convenient internal flights from many gateway cities to Fort Myers. Most car rental firms have courtesy buses to and from Fort Myers & Miami Airport to pick up/drop off depots.
Distances
Naples with its super shopping and other attractions is less than 20 miles from Marco Island.
Golf Courses, other sporting facilities and nature reserves are between 30 minutes and 1 hour away.
Airboat rides and the Everglades are approximately 30 minutes away.

Described by its residents as “The Last Paradise”, the island is reputed to have many famous residents who own second homes there. There are miles of fabulous beaches available to the public. Activities available include golf, charter fishing, parasailing, boat trips, boat hire and scooter and bike rental. There is a varied selection of high quality restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the home.

Bookings are confirmed by email and subsequently an invoice is issued requesting a 20% deposit.
The balance and a returnable breakages deposit of £100 for new customers is required 6 weeks before departure.
