Dolphin and manatee can often be seen and the boat dock is perfect for a lazy afternoons fishing.

Coast/Beach
The villa is one mile from South Beach where there is convenient parking.
Tigertail Beach is approximately one mile and a half and there is also plenty of parking.
Parking tickets purchased at these two beaches are valid for both.
Golf
Numerous Golf Courses are available in the Marco Island/ Naples area.
Travel
Airport - Miami (100 miles) is usually less than 2 hours drive and Fort Myers (45 miles) under an hour. There are now convenient internal flights from many gateway cities to Fort Myers. Most car rental firms have courtesy buses to and from Fort Myers & Miami Airport to pick up/drop off depots.
Distances
Naples with its super shopping and other attractions is less than 20 miles from Marco Island.
Golf Courses, other sporting facilities and nature reserves are between 30 minutes and 1 hour away.
Airboat rides and the Everglades are approximately 30 minutes away.

Described by its residents as “The Last Paradise”, the island is reputed to have many famous residents who own second homes there. There are miles of fabulous beaches available to the public. Activities available include golf, charter fishing, parasailing, boat trips, boat hire and scooter and bike rental. There is a varied selection of high quality restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the home.

Bookings are confirmed by email and subsequently an invoice is issued requesting a 20% deposit.
The balance and a returnable breakages deposit of £100 for new customers is required 6 weeks before departure.
