Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air conditioned. We have safety device on the pool door for children and a safety rail around the pool and Jacuzzi.
Accessibility
With a bedroom located on a ground floor, the villa is ideal for wheelchair access.
Outside
The extended pool deck and Spa are fully enclosed by a screen to keep bugs and mossies out. The private pool can be (heated at a charge if required) The oversized deck consists of seating for 10 with table and 4 sun loungers. We have an outside half bathroom with sink and WC. On the outside of the screen at the back we have had some planting with palm trees and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of the Gulf coast (Clearwater) are just over an hours drive away and easily reached by car.
Golf
The new and exclusive championship golf courses of Reunion (designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus) and Champions Gate are within 5 minutes drive. An excellent location for golf enthusiasts. Golf Clubs are provided at the villa for guests use.
Travel
Orlando International airport is a 30 minute drive.
Sanford airport is a 30 minute drive.
Tampa airport is a 45 minute drive.
Car hire essential.
Distances
The villa is 15 minutes from Disney main gates and Publix supermarket is 5 minutes drive.
Further details
We are less than 5 minutes from Champions gate which has a very large Publix supermarket. There is also a Chinese restaurant, Italian and Mexican. It also has a Subway and MacDonalds. The golf club at Champions Gate has a very good restaurant. The Omni hotel and resort is also close by for some up-market dining. The following restaurants are listed at Champions Gate:

All local taxes are included in the rates. Pool heating is £100 per week (this is optional but advised between April - November). Keys, code key pad, lockbox services. Free high speed internet with computer, Wifi. Free unlimited domestic and international calling. Long stay discount available all year round. Early booking discount available. We accept Paypal (guests pay charges), cheques and bank transfers. A deposit of £100/$200 a required to confirm the booking.

I live in the UK with my husband Simon and our cats. I work as an office manager for a pharmaceutical software company and love my job. My hobbies are keeping fit, and shopping! I also love travelling especially to Florida!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the house as we have visited Florida many times and absolutely love the area and the US. There is so much to do with both coasts only an hour away. We obviously wanted to be close to Disney. Miami and the Florida Keys are within driving distance so there is so much to see and do.
We saw many properties before selecting our villa. We just fell in love with the house itself. There were many cheaper options but they just all had the same look and feel. We wanted a house with style!
Unique benefits of the property
Our home is extremely comfortable and very well maintained. You only have to read the testimonials to see what our guests say. There are some great restaurants and shopping facilities 5 minutes from the house. Golf is also 5 minutes away at Champions Gate.
The house itself is on an over-sized plot in a cul de sac backing onto conservation. When you are on the pool deck you cannot see the neighbours which is very handy when you want some privacy! We have planted a mixture of plants/palms and pride ourselves on maintaining the property to the highest possible standards. You may find a cheaper property, but I doubt you will find many that are decorated to such a high standard. Even the selling agent thought it was nicer than the show house - a nice compliment!
