Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible upon your requirements. Arrival time is usually 4pm, with departure by midday although this can upon request be flexible.

Along with a Publix Supermarket there is a Chinese Take-away, Chillis Restaurant, McDonalds, Walgreen Pharmacy & Petrol Station all of which are only 3 minutes drive away.
Walt Disney World is only a 10 minute drive and Universal Studios and Sea world are 25 minutes.
You have easy access to the I4 and HWY192 with its many restaurants, eataries, shopping and attractions.
Booking notes
An initial non refundable deposit of £100 is taken upon booking. A refundable deposit of £250 is taken 6 wks before departure and payable at the same time as the outstanding balance. Upon returning to the UK and within 2 wks subject to no loss or damage to the property upon our inspection your £250 is returned.

I stayed at the villa and it was fantastic. This was the first year we stayed in a villa as previous years we were in hotels. There is no comparison..stay at this villa!. The villa is well located to get to all attractions as just off the I4. The villa itself is on an corner plot. It was immaculate and with 4 bedrooms, great kitchen and lounge area (with massive flatscreen TV). Supermarket is just around the corner so you can eat in or go out. Stayed for 10 days and fantastic..booked again for next year.

About the owner
I live in England with my wife and cocker spaniel "Frankie". Recently retired I like to spend as much time as possible at our "home from home" and are lucky to have my brother and sister in law living very nearby in Windermere, Orlando. My sister in law is a real estate agent and we have her to thank for the purchase of our fantastic villa. Golf is our passion and Orlando/Florida has some fantastic courses.

With all rooms being on one level our home is easily accessible to all ages. Close to all Orlando's attractions, yet away from the hustle and bustle when you want to relax following a hard day at the attractions, golf course or shopping. What could be better than getting out of bed when YOU want to, laying by the pool relaxing or returning in the evening to a quick dip in the pool and a BBQ!
