The beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is set on the wonderful Palisades resort, located on the quieter luxury west side of Walt Disney World and features a perfect blend of sophistication and Florida's most coveted nature and beauty. The resort features a large outdoor heated swimming pool, a theatre room, Jacuzzi, Sauna and a 24 hr front desk with the unique capability to purchase actual tickets for the vast majority of the main attractions, avoiding unecessary queueing at the parks and providing the ultimate flexibility to enable you to book your favourite theme park at a moments notice. Our property is on the 2nd floor with fabulous views overlooking the Lake Austin Reserve. It features a large equipped kitchen, spacious living room , dining room, two full bathrooms with the master bedroom en-suite featuring an oversized tub. In addition each suite is elegantly appointed with large flat sceen TV's and a large private balcony.

The Palisades resort was built in 2009 and is the first resort of the Lake Austin Grande Resorts collection. Ideally located on the luxury west side of Walt Disney World. The resort puts you moments away from the most celebrated attractions but is also adjacent to a nature reserve providing a relaxed oasis. The resort consists of a total of 99 apartments on 4 floors and features a private outdoor heated pool in lush tropical surroundings amongst an abundance of Florida wildlife. Other amenities include a private cinema/theatre, Jacuzzi, fitness room and games room.
Our apartment is a smoke free property.

The surroundings are beautiful, the large shared outdoor heated swimming pool ( approx. 30' x 60' ) and Jacuzzi are nestled in landscaped gardens adjacent to a nature reserve in lush tropical surrounding amongst an abundance of Florida wildlife providing the perfect relaxed retreat. The location offers the best of both worlds; relaxation and fun and you'll find a great collection of restaurants, fabulous shopping and world class golf all just minutes away

Guest comments
When we arrived we were greeted by very nice reception staff who were very nice and very efficient. The apartment was very very very nice. The 'parents' room was huge and has its own bath, shower and 2 sinks . The place was just perfect: clean, comfortable and very suitable for big or small families. It is all very clean and looked new to us. The location is perfect (just off the 182) close to Target supermarket, petrol station and lots of restaurants. The place comes with WIFI which is an absolute bonus for the teenagers and Facebook fans when you bring a laptop. The pool is clean and nice and big and there was always a choice of sunbeds available and there are fresh towels to use at the poolside. We would definately come back to this place and recommend it to all.
