Outside
The home's southwest-facing location has enabled us to situate a larger than average pool and patio so it faces towards the Gulf of Mexico. This provides you with the benefit of the maximum amount of sun (which is especially important in the winter months, when the north-facing homes lose the sun at around 2 in the afternoon). The deck area around the Pool has lots of space to relax, eat, BBQ, or sunbathe, on the covered patio/lania there's a lovely comfortable sofa and armchair for your relaxation, as well as dining table and chairs for up to 12 people. The grand entrance of the house leads to the lounge with large sliding doors that look out on to the large patio and heated pool.
Coast/Beach
A relaxing holiday. If your looking for a holiday that is peaceful and relaxing, Lemon Avenue is the place. Its very quiet and only a few minutes stroll to the beach. It has the benefit of being located just of the Intercoastal Waterways and the Beach, which has lifeguard station, picnic facilities, barbecues, toilets, and showers.
Golf
For the golfing enthusiast, there are at least ten golf courses in less than a 20 minute drive.
Special interest holidays
For those who wish to visit the attractions of Florida, Tampa is an hour's drive and Orlando is just two. Our Villa on Lemon Avenue is an oasis of tranquillity, yet all of the entertainment you could wish for is on hand for you to enjoy.

Airports - Orlando 2 hours - Sandford 2.5 hours - Tampa 1.15 hours - Fort Myers 1 hour.
Distances
Local shops, cinema complex and restaurants 5 min drive. Englewood shops, restaurants 5 min drive. Venice centre shops, restaurants 10 min drive. Sarasota 20 mins drive.
