Changeover days are flexible to meet the needs of our clients.

| Utility Room: | Full washing and tumble drying facilities are made available to you as part of your stay should you require them located in the garage. |

| Other: | Between the two living areas can be found a well appointed communal dining area, and a more formal dining area can be found close to the villa entrance. |

Your holiday Villa is managed by our excellent local managers Steve and Dee Albinson. A check-out clean is included and access to additional towelling and linen is provided. Additional midweek cleans and linen changes can be offered at additional rates. |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is fully serviced by air conditioning and (when required) heating systems to provide climate control for your comfort. It is suitable for children with Cots/Highchair etc.
Outside
The swimming pool is approximately 36 feet x 20 feet. Depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet with steps into the pool at the shallow end. Pool toys are also provided. The grounds are well manicured and the grass and trees regulary pruned for excellent views.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf Coast and the eastern coast (offering Kennedy Space Centre and other attractions) are of approximately equal distance of 1 hour to the coast along good quality interstate roads.
Golf
Across the road is the Highlands Reserve18 hole Championship Golf Course. This is not your typical Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers. Conveniently located just five minutes from the Villa, Highlands Reserve Golf Club is a real Florida favorite. With 6673 yards and course/Slope rating 72.1/118 it has a 120 foot elevation change on the site. The Clubhouse is 2 minutes away and there are many other prime golf courses within 30 minutes drive including the Orange National courses (Panther Lakes and Crooked Cat) which host the Tour Q-school finals.
Travel
Sanford (60 mins) and Orlando International Airport (30-40 mins) are the most often used however many guests are now flying into Tampa International Airport (1.25 hours away) where some flight savings are available.
Distances
Berry Town is the nearest shopping area about 1 mile from the Villa. With 24 hour shopping you can enjoy take-away meals, liquor store, internet cafe, ATM and much more.
Further details
A local Publix supermarket is less than a mile away and can provide for all of your needs. The US 27 (on which Hampton Lakes sits) offers many excellent restaurants from fine Indian Cusine to all-American style buffet 'all you can eat' food. The choice is yours.

Please call for a reservation, we will hold the property for 7 days pending a completed booking form and holding deposit. We will invoice for the balance 8 weeks prior to departure when a full infomation pack will be provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
