Our villa backs on to the conservation area in a quiet cul-de-sac on Highlands Reserve Golf course, yet Disney World is less than 15 minutes drive, giving you the best of both worlds for children and adults. The South facing pool has an extended deck to allow you to make the most of the Florida sunshine. The 4 bedroom villa has been furnished to an unusually high standard, as we want our home to be remembered as somewhere special. It is close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a variety of evening entertainments. There are excellent on-site facilities, including large communal swimming pool, children’s play area, tennis, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green and café bar which is open 7 days a week (daytime only).

Notes on prices
Prices are for villa rental per week in UK Pounds.
All taxes are included. The rental charge includes free use of the electricity in the villa and laundry and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Pool heating is available at an additional charge of £12 per day. We recommend that clients take this option during the months of October through to April when the sun, although warm, cannot be relied upon to heat the pool. If you require this option please indicate on the booking form.

Outside
Private south facing pool 24ft by 12ft and hot tub, is screened and fitted with automatic filtration and cleaning equipment and also underwater illumination. The pool can be electrically heated for a small additional charge. The area around the pool has sun loungers and 2 large tables with chairs, gas bar-b-que and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens looking on to the wooded conservation area.

Easy access to Sanford and Orlando International airports. Situated on Highway 27 between the 192 and the I-4.
