Our luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated in the impressive gated community of the Manors North Westridge, just off Hwy. 27, three miles south of Hwy 192. The villa is an ex-show home and has been professionally furnished to a very high standard throughout with many upgrades and luxury features you will not find in a standard rental. The accommodation is fully air conditioned and tiled and carpeted throughout with additional ceiling fans above beds and in the living rooms. The community is kept beautifully maintained and also offers a good sized community pool for those early morning laps! Guests also have use of the gym and free wireless internet access in the clubhouse. An internet connection can be received in the pool area of the villa. There are many good golf courses nearby and a large selection of shops, restaurants and amusements within a short drive. The gates of Disney are only 15 minutes away and Orlando airport is approx 30 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of taxes, electricity, cleaning etc. Extra days are charged pro-rata.
For bookings of over two weeks a discount for the villa hire is available, please enquire. Pool/jacuzzi heat - £80 per week.
Special Offer: all remaining 2008 dates £375 per week.
Changeover day
Flexible with changeover days. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure time is 10 am. Later departure times can be arranged depending on the arrival of our next booking. Please ask when enquiring. Late departures not previously arranged will incur a fee.

| Living Rooms: | As you enter the property into the foyer there is a formal lounge area to your right and a formal dining area. The family room is spacious and comfortable and hosts a large cable TV, VCR, DVD and also a portable CD player for your enjoyment. |
| Other: | Adjoining the kitchen is the breakfast nook with further table and chairs. Double garage housing a football table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen and towels are provided although we do ask that guests bring their own pool towels. |
Notes on accommodation
A travel cot and highchair is available free of charge and a rollaway bed can be provided to accommodate a ninth person at a charge of £25 for the duration of stay. A safe is provided in the master bedroom walk in closet. Our management company can be contacted on a direct number from the villa if you need any assistance during your stay. Sorry pets and smoking are not allowed in the villa.
Outside
The rear of the property boasts a fully screened electrically heated swimming pool complete with Jacuzzi and outside shower. During the months of October through to May we strongly advise that the pool heat is turned on. The patio and covered porch area is fully equipped with furniture for your pleasure. All doors leading to pool area have child alarms installed for safety.
Coast/Beach
One and a half hours east or west and you arrive at the Atlantic or Gulf beaches.
Golf
There are many golf courses close by including Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and Champions Gate (home of the David Leadbeater School of golf. Orange County National is a short drive away and has two excellent championship courses, The Crooked Cat and Panther Lake with very good rates and club hire if required.
Travel
30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 1 hour from Sanford. Also an easy route from Tampa International Airport.

Further details
Close by there are many fast food outlets, restaurants and two large supermarkets Publix (2 mins.) and Walmart (5 mins).
Booking notes
Please check availability and then contact us for a booking form. Non-refundable deposit of £100 per week required (we can hold booking for up to 5 days while we await your completed booking form and deposit). Balance due 10 weeks prior to departure along with a refundable security deposit of £150 (bookings of 7 and over £300). We accept Paypal for last minute bookings.
